how do some people have such loud voices?

Hi, i have one dying question, and honestly i'm not particularly sure if this would be the right place to post it but, here goes. Why are there some people who genuinely have VERY loud voices, but it's not as if they are screaming or yelling, it's just the volume is that loud, and very...resonant
Are you just born with it or can it be achieved with training? And i mean this for speaking not necessarily singing.

shin/feet pain as a beginner jumper

Hi, i just started jump rope recently and have been going for 1 week with 3 rest days. However i realized i'm beginning to experience pain on the middle top of my feet and shins, i just wanted to ask if this is normal as a beginner or if i keep going it could develop into something serious?

my routine is 1 minute jump and 45 sec rest consecutive for 10 minutes (excluding rest time)

to my judgement i believe my form is pretty decent as i don't jump higher than maybe 10cm and i land on the ball of my foot and making sure i'm not throwing my weight down on every jump but lightly landing.

sent a $1.6k worth box parcel using a courier, after 7 failed delivery attempts the parcel returned to me was a cheap $0.1 pimple patch. courier says they can't reimburse me

Hi, so as the title says in short the courier lost my parcel possibly due to internal theft and is declining my claim for reimbursement because what i sent isn't under their coverage. however offered to reasses and give me $50 after i asked why they didn't give me the cctv footage.

More details:
I sent out a box of collectible cards worth $1.6k usd and when the receiver still had not gotten it after 7 days with multiple failed delivery attempts (when their fast delivery claim is under 3 days) i contacted customer service to get the parcel returned to the branch i mailed it out at. Upon hearing the news that it's been returned to the branch i went to get it but it was a small grey plastic seal bag that was returned with only a cheap pimple patch inside when i clearly sent a box weighing almost 700g. I opened it infront of the staff and they all saw it too. I immediately complained and the staff said the swap of parcel likely happened at one of the warehouse locations. I went to said warehouse with police to demand an answer and manager said they will contact HQ to get the cctv for me to find the culprit. It's been 4 months since now and no follow up. I'm very frustrated and saddened due to having to refund the person who bought the cards and also deal with the loss of a prized collection. I got in contact with HQ myself and they declined my claim stating that cards is not under the list of coverage. But when i bought up how they never gave cctv to the police or me they offered a reassessment but only of $50. What can i do without needing a lawyer? Because going legal could put me in more negatives than the cost of the cards :/

Btw this is in Thailand, not USA so laws may be different but i would appreciate the smallest of advice still as a little goes a long way! Happy to drop extra details if needed. Thank you!
