He’s genuinely not giving anything and I fear he is allergic to delivering. He constantly runs from conflict (remember when he hid in the backseat from a fight that wasn’t his?).

And now this latest fight he has with Charlie. Sure he has problems with him, but he won’t confront him. Why is he even on reality tv? To be boring? Reality tv works on the basis of conflict resolution. If he’s not going to do his job then why keep him?

The way he has so much to say about Charlie but just can’t do anything once the cameras go up. He could’ve gotten a moment fighting with Charlie but nope he blew it and ran away. He just seems uncomfortable filming.

Maybe Meredith needs to teach him how to do reality tv, instead of just coasting doing absolutely nothing.
