havent really worked out in about 2 years. i was an amateur boxer and trained from about 13-19 years old (21 now) and i never did much weight lifting. most of my exercise and gains came from burpees, push ups, pull ups, and sparring/bags. i’m planning on getting back on the saddle. i want to start off with something simple but challenging and came up with a plan. for the next month, i will do 100 push-ups a day 5 days a week with 2 days rest. just trying to get myself back in the routine of things. is this a shitty plan?

in the live version of Fritenite off Psycho’s From Beyond, towards the end of the song it sounds like he says “that is what you are, you fuckin n*****” i could be mishearing it, but i just wanna know if blasting that song in my car maybe isn’t that good of an idea
