I requested account deletion for 2 of my accounts on 2nd October 7 days ago and put that date as well for the date of contract deletion, but the accounts still haven't been closed and I'm wondering what is going on

Has anyone else had this issue?

I’m really loving kDrive so far, the speeds are fantastic compared to Google Drive and I love how you can calculate the size almost immediately of any folder. The only office integration is awesome too, it’s nice that it actually feels like an office suite again. And when I download a big folder off Google Drive, it breaks apart the zip folder into smaller folders and messes up the organisation whereas kDrive doesn’t do that which is nice. I’m also using kmail for my business domain too and it’s working great.
I chose kDrive mainly because of the 6TB space and how much they care about the environment/the green energy side of things. It’s more expensive than Google Drive family plan but I feel like it’s worth it.

How are you guys liking it?

Emails sent from both of my mailbox emails are being classified as spam by Gmail... I tested email delivery to two separate Gmail accounts and both messages were placed in Spam...one was a plain text message with no attachment and another was with an attachment and they were both marked as spam. but they delivered to Proton fine.

Gmail reports SPF: PASS, DKIM: PASS and DMARC: PASS. The messages were delivered via mailbox's outbound server. Gmail’s reason is: “This message is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past.” 

My Dad just confirmed my email went to his spam too on Gmail arghhh.

Has anyone else had this? This is a significant issue for me because I need reliable delivery to Gmail recipients for my work emails correspondence. If mailbox.org can't resolve the deliverability problem, I unfortunately need to move to another provider. I really want to stay with Mailbox.org as I love it so far but this is a crucial problem for me.

EDIT: I've contacted Mailbox to report this delivery issue to Google and investigate why they are being marked as Spam, as it has to be done by the owner of mailbox.org (the company in this case).

It’s so refreshing to have an email provider with a solid privacy approach and that also cares about the environment, and is cheapish!

I was with Proton but honestly, I have had nothing but problems with them since 2025 with domains suddenly not working and not receiving vital emails, sheets not being able to export to pdf when multiple reports have been made to support with no plans to fix this, the controversies this year, the poor environmental approach, and the recent global outages of everything going down has made me want to change providers.

Really loving the themes too. I’m hoping it all works out for me :-)

I'm having to repeatedly open it to trigger it to sync properly, and I already have background app refresh turned on for Ente.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed, or had this same situation?

Or am I going to have to switch providers? haha

Hey so I’ve got a 17e at the moment which I like, but honestly I wanna use my phone caseless and have a more durable phone. Also better ram etc and screen. My 17e keeps overheating too.

I love the Air so much from the reviews and holding it in the store, playing around with it.

But I’m wondering, has anyone had experience with the battery life on the Air vs 17e? As the 17e has really good battery life and I don’t need to charge it everyday which is awesome.

I have about 4-5 hours of screen time, I travel a bit as well usually internationally.
