I have 50/50 custody of my daughter with her dad.
He's taking me to court for child support, but I lost my job last month and he still wants me to pay child support. I don't have any income. I pulled money from my 401k just to get by until | can secure another job but the lady from child support called and said they are going to use my income from when I was working to determine how much I have to pay him. I need help with this because it doesn't even sound legal when I don't have an income at the moment. Does anyone have any insight or knowledge on anything like this

Hey guys not sure if this is far fetched but I’m a 27 year old f, im pretty home bodied and introvert and shy. But I’ve let myself go a lot lately (weight wise) & was looking for anyone stuck in the same boat. I’ve become super insecure and not happy with any of the clothes I wear & it’s weighing a lot on me mentally now. I do pretty good with a diet and being gym active one week and then slack off the next from depression and what not. I was curious if anyone wanted to start a group chat or make like a monthly or even weekly check in to make sure we are staying on track. Like having someone there to make sure you hit your 10k steps a day kinda group chat? 😅 not sure if ima keep this post up, just testing the waters bc I have anxiety lol

hey everybody i just lost my job after about 8 years of being there. it was a manufacturing job out in the bay area and im located in modesto. i have been applying everywhere in modesto from food, grocery stores and any production warehouse jobs and am having no luck at all with anything. i have also dropped my resume off in person to places. so if anyone knows anywhere that is directly hiring and can drop some insight it would be greatly appreciated. i am open to anything right now. a 9-5 maybe while my kids are in school or something overnight. but anything helps
