my queerplatonic partner has a rp group he's wanted me to join, which is just basically a huge crossover between characters. of course some of these characters are in relationships since shipping is involved.

the context for this is i saw him (let's call my partner D) texting one of the members of the rp group (who's also in a separate relationship, but they've all been friends for a while. let's call him H) and doing romantic roleplays as two characters in private dms. one of lines was literally about how one of the characters that D was rp-ing as wanted to do kissing and more and how they wouldn't be able to resist that. maybe im overreacting but i feel so disgusted D would be doing private rps like that even if it's between two characters. i was going to text H something goofy in his dms as my partner will most of the time agree to letting me text his friends something goofy like a reaction image and such, but this time he declined it because he was "replying to H" and later on is when i caught a glimpse of their private dm rp convo and saw that one line.

D previously mentioned having queerplatonic attraction to H and M (H's girlfriend, other friend in rp) before we got into a relationship, but clarified later on that wasn't the case and he was mistaking platonic for queerplatonic feelings.

ive seen D texting chai bots sexual or otherwise suggestive shit too but never brought it up because i figured "oh, im overreacting for finding that weird!".

please please someone just tell me if im overreacting or not because this isn't the only problem ive had with him before and i just want to know if my anger and betrayal and disgust is because im splitting on him or if this is actually something i need to worry about because im fucking breaking down so bad over this.

i hope this is allowed here as i am not diagnosed officially yet as my therapist and psychiatrist want to be absolutely sure its not a side effect of my new meds, but theyre very very certain im dealing with bipolar disorder and have been for a while and they believe im experiencing either mania or hypomania rn

something tells me that showing this to my therapist may be beneficial
