[ADVICE] My fiverr success score dropped for no reason

[Advice] My succes score dropped without any reason

Hello,

I got two gigs, one for music production and the other one for mixing and mastering.

I'm doing this in a niche, specifically reggae/dub, so I do not get lots of clients, but I get constant clients and recurrent clients.

For one gig I got about 55 orders and same number of 5 star ratings. For the other one I got 39 orders completed and the same number of 5 star ratings.

I get people coming back and I get only good reviews and appraisal.

Suddenly my succes score dropped from 8 to 7, because one of my gigs has a metric that's pulling it down - ironically, it's the gig with less orders.

The customer support team didn't reply to my ticket in three days and their stupid AI chatbot wants me to review my Gig performance, but the gig performance is in Fiverr Plus, which I ain't paying.

Since my score fell, I got 3 more orders with 5 stars ratings, yet the stupid score is still 7.

Did anyone have this issues in the past? And if so, how did you get past it?

2014 1.4 TSI CXSA oil burning issue

Hello,

My car is actually a Seat Leon, but since it's basically a Golf, I'm asking here.

So I got this 2014 1.4 TSI engine code CXSA, 90 kw, 122 hp.

Car works really great at 178900 km, but it's got an issue with oil burning.

The thing is, the oil burning doesn't seem to be continuous and it doesn't seem to be severe all the time. I'll give you a specific case.

Car was serviced at 177900 with full new filters and Ravenol VST 5W-40. Then I did some trips around the city I live and in the countryside for a total of 500 km. I checked the dipstick and it showed full. Then I went for a mountain trip. The trip was about 300 km with some steep inclines and altitude of over 2000 m, but the roads are good. I checked the oil before this in my usual spot, both cold and warm, and it was full. I also checked it again in another flat spot, both cold and warm, and it was full. Obviously, I believe it was really actually full.

When I came back from about 2000 m altitude, it was a prolonged engine brake. About 26-30 km of engine braking mostly. At some point, I reached a junction between two national roads, so I had to press it to the metal to get on the road and I went from idle (700 rpm) to 4000 rpm almost instantly and a puff of smoke came out.

The thing is: the car doesn't show smoke in any other circumstance. I tested it in multiple ways (progressive revving towards 4000-5000, aggressive throttling to 3000-3300, no smoke at cold start up, no smoke after prolonged idle and then starting again, no smoke at all, car passed the emission tests last week).

There is no power loss, no codes, no abnormal consumption, no rough idle, no nothing, except the oil consumption and that specific case with the puff of smoke.

I was thinking about piston rings, but someone suggested me to first check the valve stems and then the PCV/oil separator ensemble.

Did anyone have this sort of issue before and managed to solve it in any way or am I looking at an engine overhaul already?

Thanks so much for any info.
