Greetings from Arlington's newest residents! We closed on our new (to us!) home today and need a reliable recommendation for a locksmith to switch out/upgrade our locks. Who ya got?

I just got a new IPhone (15pro) and am trying unsuccessfully to pair it with our 2014 Outback.
Even after ‘successful’ pairing, nothing works as it should. GPS, phone calls, streaming Spotify… all inoperable even when the phone shows that BT is connected.
My only thought is that the factory BT is old and thus incomparable with today’s updated phone Bluetooth systems?
Any pearls of wisdom would be cheerfully appreciated.

Brought all the necessary documentation to the RMV to get a DL, including my Social Security card.
They process everything, take my photo then try to verify my SS card into their machine. It gets rejected 3 times so they say it’s ’too old’ and I must get a new SS card.
I provided what they require and it’s MY problem the system is broken? Jeez🤦‍♂️

I’m reading that most Creatine is shit and never really reaches the muscles or brain.
I’m currently using the micro-ionized version from Nutricost Performance but now seeking input on other options that have been independently verified as pure(er) and, thus, more effective.
Any options that you’ve researched and would recommend are cheerfully requested.

We received a certified letter informing that a home across the street is slated for demolition. The letter states that the contractor ‘will make every effort to minimize dust’.
The home has asbestos siding throughout so our main concern is how that will be contained.
Isn’t the EPA supposed to oversee such work?
Since we live across the street, we’re gonna be particularly exposed to this mess.

I’m quite conscious of proper gut bacteria and feel like I have a decent balance until…
A recent infection required a round of antibiotics and now I’m experiencing the results (frequent BMs vs just one big one per day, a general queasiness 24/7, not my usual energy levels daily, etc)
Other than OTC pro-biotics (which I’m pretty sure are not very effective anyway) I’m wondering what I can do to get a healthy flora back down there?
I’m eating a good amount of yogurt and pickles but I so t think that’s giving the necessary full spectrum.
Thoughts?

We are under contract for a 100+ year old home here in Arlington. The Home Inspector is concerned about the current state of the chimney (used solely as a flue for the water heater). It is leaning quite a bit and has no chimney cap.
I’ll Google around to see but hoping to get a recommendation for a good chimney repair company, please? TIA.
