Update 7/1: daughter met with her advisor and has a plan. She’s going to apply for a medical withdrawal and take MAT 213 in person at Phoenix College in the fall. Thanks for your compassion and helpful advice!!

My daughter can’t pass MAT 251. She walked in May’s graduation knowing she’d be taking the class for the second time in summer school. She just found out she got a D and needs a C for her major- Conservation of Biology and Ecology. What can we do??!! Her advisor has no availability and we are panicking. She wants to start applying for grad school in December😫

I’m spending this weekend in Sedona for my 50th birthday. Suggestions for what to do to make it special? Hiking not an option, sadly.

My husband got a crown 2 weeks ago and still feels some numbness (especially first thing in the morning)in the area along with nerve pain. Dentist put him on steroids for 5 days which didn’t change anything. Suggestions?

My daughter is graduating tomorrow and I’m worried about the heat. She has Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease and her symptoms worsen when she’s overheated. Is she allowed to bring to the big ceremony a little battery operated fan and frozen unopened bottle of water?

My daughter took MAT 251 online this semester and ended up with a D in the class. Despite all of her efforts, she really struggled and will be retaking it this summer online with instructor Sara Jamous. Does anyone have advice on how to get through this class? Anyone know anything about this professor?
