New 6-K, Filed July 2nd

ALP just filed a 6-K. Two investors exercised put options from the 2025 placement. The company is repurchasing about 1.196 million shares and 634 thousand warrants in exchange for returning their original TON and USDC tokens.

Roughly 5 percent reduction in shares outstanding. Cleaner cap table, less overhang, and a nice ownership boost for the rest of us.

Positive de-dilution move as ALP focuses on compute. Bullish cleanup.

$365,000 Penny Stock YOLO

Gonna make $100M on this. Holding until $85 per share.

Company already has $20M ARR contracted over the next 2 years..

Currently with a TINY $6M market cap.

Chart is atrocious due to multiple past failed business models and pivots (biotech & crypto). Scares potential investors away. Hence lies the opportunity.

Closed loop, confidential compute data centers. Massive asymmetric upside in the $100B dollar sovereign AI market.

This is definitely not financial advice.

Sovereign AI Push = Major Tailwind for $ALP

Sovereign AI has emerged as a major strategic priority for governments worldwide, driven by concerns over data residency, national security, export controls on advanced chips/models, and reduced reliance on dominant U.S./Chinese hyperscalers.

National Asset and Government Investment:

Multiple sources describe AI infrastructure as a “strategic national asset” comparable to energy, semiconductors, or defense tech. Governments like Canada, UK, UAE, EU nations, and Japan are launching dedicated sovereign AI strategies, funds like the UK £500M Sovereign AI Fund, and public compute programs, often acting as anchor customers.

Export Controls Driving Demand:

U.S. and allied restrictions on advanced AI chips/models accelerate “sovereign” alternatives. Nations respond by building domestic or neutral capacity to avoid dependency.

Market Growth:

The sovereign AI infrastructure market is projected to grow rapidly from around $15-19B recently toward hundreds of billions by 2030, with strong government/defense demand.

Neutral Providers Benefit:

Companies offering privacy focused, jurisdictionally flexible compute are positioned to capture demand from enterprises and governments seeking “sovereign intelligence.”

This dynamic is highly supportive of Alpha Compute’s $ALP core thesis as a micro-cap provider of confidential compute / sovereign AI infrastructure

Direct Alignment:

ALP’s branding (“Sovereign Intelligence by Design”), confidential compute focus, hydro-powered neutral locations (Canada/Sweden), and U.S. government contracting entity (Q3 2026 launch) position it to serve exactly the customers seeking alternatives to big-tech hyperscalers. The live $16.1M ARR contract with a frontier AI lab and GAMEE synergies (Telegram ecosystem) provide early proof points.

Tailwinds:

Growing sovereign demand could accelerate ALP’s $200M+ pipeline conversion, ALPHA-02/03/04 deployments, and government wins. The $21–23M NTM revenue guidance could scale meaningfully if even a fraction of global sovereign spending flows to smaller, specialized players.

Valuation Upside:

At around $5–7M market cap, ALP trades at a deep discount to its secured revenue and this macro trend. A re-rating to 8–12x (base) or higher on execution would imply substantial upside, consistent with the sovereign AI premium seen in larger peers.

Risks Remain:

As a micro-cap with dilution pressures (ATM/shelf, GAMEE equity), execution risks on clusters, and delisting concerns (August 31, 2026 deadline), ALP is high-risk/high-reward. Success hinges on converting the sovereign narrative into contracts and revenue.

Why I Own 1M Shares

As you read the below, remind yourself this company has a current market cap of $6.4M…

🚀Revenue Ramp from $16.1M ARR AI Compute Contract:

The $32.2M two year deal with the an AI research lab is live on the ALPHA 01 cluster (504 B200 GPUs in Canada). Revenue recognition is active, supported by the $7.5M upfront payment and strong cash position of $10.2M.

🚀GAMEE Acquisition and Revenue Contribution:

The 60% controlling stake closed May 27, 2026, adding $4 to 6M annualized revenue with 56% YoY growth, 119M users and Telegram integration.

🚀ALPHA 02 Deployment (Sweden):

576 NVIDIA B300 GPUs at Equinix AtNorth, targeting go live in Q3 2026 (hydro powered).

🚀ALPHA 03 and ALPHA 04 Expansions:

ALPHA 03 (Canada): Expansion to more than 1,000 B200 GPUs, targeted August 2026.

ALPHA 04 (Sweden): Expansion to more than 1,000 B300 GPUs, targeted September 2026.

These support scaling toward management’s $72M annualized revenue potential.

🚀$200M Qualified Sales Pipeline Conversion:

Continued pursuit of additional enterprise, sovereign, and AI lab contracts to accelerate revenue beyond the current $21M NTM guidance.

🚀U.S. Government Contracting Entity Launch:

Planned setup and filing in Q3 2026 to target federal/defense/sovereign opportunities with privacy first compute.

🔔Valuation Scenarios (on $21M revenue guidance):

Bear: Limited execution with further dilution at 3 to 5x multiple = $2.50 to $4.20 share price.

Base: Hits $21M revenue with solid pipeline progress at 8 to 12x multiple = $7.15 to $10.75 share price.

Bull: Strong cluster deployments with multiple new contracts at 15 to 20x multiple = $13.40 to $18 share price.

Obviously it’s a high risk ultra microcap I will monitor dilution, deployments, and NASDAQ compliance but won’t even think about selling at any level under $3 a share.

🔔$ALP Mid-Q2 Update: Bullish🔔

Summary Via AI:

Key Highlights:

• ALPHA-01 cluster is now live (504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs in Canada) and serving the first enterprise customer — validating execution on the flagship deployment.

• $16.1M ARR contract is locked in, with the $7.5M upfront payment incoming.

• Cash position improved to $10.2 million (up significantly from prior levels).

• Projected next-12-month revenue at $21 million (includes the $16.1M contracted + expected GAMEE contribution).

• $200M+ qualified sales pipeline across AI research, enterprise, and sovereign segments.

• ALPHA-02 (576 B300 GPUs in Sweden) underway, targeting Q3 go-live.

• GAMEE acquisition still on track for May 31, 2026 close.

Impact on Investment Thesis:

This de-risks the story meaningfully: the company has moved from “pre-revenue promises” to live clusters generating contracted revenue, a much healthier balance sheet, and clear visibility into $21M run-rate. It strengthens the case for re-rating the ~$8M market cap higher as revenue starts flowing through financials.

The update reinforces the high-risk/high-reward micro-cap AI infra narrative — execution is happening, pipeline is expanding, and non-dilutive / structured financing remains the focus. Dilution risks (ATM, GAMEE stock issuance) still exist, but this report shows tangible progress that outweighs them for believers in the confidential compute + sovereign AI angle.

Overall, bullish.

Bottom line: .33 cent stock with a $7M market cap. Holding over $10M in cash, and has recurring revenue of $16M a year. 10x or bust.

Not advice DYOR

🔔Incoming 10x Ultra Micro Cap AI, $ALP🔔

$ALP, just rebranded from ATON, they run encryption for Telegram and now have begun to do confidential compute via data centers for AI research labs, ultra micro-cap currently a $7m company and 33 CENTS a share lol.

4 days ago closed a $32.2m two-year contract delivering $16.1m ARR, no debt and no dilution….

Deal filed through SEC and verified as legit. Look it up

At 5x arr multiple, which would be considered conservative, it puts fair value at $3.40/share.

CEO worked at Cambridge Analyitca before this. And the rest of the board and C-Suite is very impressive.
