Hi all, I just wanted to put this out there for anyone who is apartment searching in Boulder to AVOID TWO NINE NORTH APARTMENTS ON 29th AND WALNUT. While they promote themselves as luxury apartments I have never seen shittier living. Don’t expect to have guest over. They won’t be able to park anywhere or will get towed immediately. Staff is incompetent and unhelpful and they will enter your unit unannounced. The “luxury” is having a pool that is never open and a coffee machine which is never working. If you decide to live there for more than a year unlike typical resigning which would raise rent 50-60 a month expect a $300 minimum raise. Don’t live there.

So I (21 F) have a little crush on my friend (21 M) we’ve known about each other for years knowing each other through college but we were never close until recently. We started frequently running into each other at our local college bars which then lead us to eventually start going out together as I got invited into going out with his group. All my friends who saw us together thought that he was into me and frankly I believed the same thing. He then went and traveled for about a month so things were still fresh on getting to know each other. Mind you we have hung out one on one at my place but nothing happened. He recently came back and while out with my friend we met back up at a bar where I had admitted that I didn’t know someone from our past previously had a crush on me. Which he then mentioned how we hung around eachother all the time and how couldn’t I know I replied that I need someone to make it obvious and add physical touch. By the time we got into the last bar he put his arm around my waist the entire night, my friend left so we got an uber back to his place (with his friends) and he grabbed my hand in the car which I reciprocated and my other hand grabbed his arm. I spent some time at his place before ordering an uber and he as always walked me out and politely closed my door. I really thought it was going somewhere. The next day his friends came over to my place for a little night in where we once again got pretty close. The issue is I was getting all these signs but then he goes distant I invited him over for a movie (which we have done before) and he had an excuse and says we should do something this weekend…. Well it’s the weekend and no plans have been made. I don’t know why but I am infatuated with this boy. I don’t know what to do, I don’t know how to feel and it’s driving me crazy. Should I shoot him a text asking to talk? Should I admit my feelings over text since i genuinely don’t know the next time he’ll fit me into his schedule? I just need advice on what to do and how to do it. This is my first actual crush in years and now that I’m an adult I just need to know how to go about it all.

There’s this guy that I have thought has been attractive since my freshman year of college, he lived in my hall… that being said when I met him he was completely off limits and in a relationship with this girl. They broke up last summer but towards the end of this past semester we kept bumping into each other at our college bars. Since then we’ve been either meeting up at the bars and spending our entire nights close or I get invited to go out with his group since somtimes it’s hard to convince my friends to get out. Anyways he recently got back from traveling and we just met up again. The other night we were at the bars and while yes we were both pretty drunk I brought up how I never knew that his freshman year roommate was interested in me because he never showed signs like physical touch even though I wouldn’t have gone for him because he isn’t my type. Later we get into the last bar and he puts his arm around my waist and does that little finger rub thing… every time we sat down his arm was around my waist. We eventually get into the uber with his friends to go hangout at his house where he then GRABS my hand and holds it in the uber. Yesterday that same group came over to my place where once again we got pretty close. I’m thinking about asking him to come over for a movie night just us two but I’m nervous that 1 he’s playing with me or 2 he might just get that way while slightly intoxicated. We text pretty frequently and I really am beginning to have a strong crush on him. Please let me know any advice or takes! Thank you!
