i randomly saw this bug it has a stripe of what looks like green and one that looks like a mosquito/spider? maybe an arachnid carrying a mosquito?? but im more curious about the creepy crawly little bug

Hello guys i’ve just been wondering why my cat have been biting people randomly including me, i give her enough food/treats and i try to give her affection but just last night she was beside me in the bed and just out of nowhere grabbed my foot and bit it.
(she gets her rabies shots)
(she was birthed in my house not an adopted cat, she used to be a good kitty until she grew up idk why she’s acting like this)

so i went to the bathroom to poop and it was in my ear and it fell in the poop/pee infested toilet water i fished it out with my hands ran it trough running water and sprayed some rubbing alcohol in it to clean it thoroughly my sister said it will be fine but i still dont know…
