He has always been a sickly plant. Got it from my mother who was fed up with him. I had him for 1.5 years now, never more than his two leaves. Now is the first time he has a flower and I'm beyond happy 🥹 the leaves look worse than normal though 🥲

Hi, I'm planning a road trip from cape town to JHB. I'm not a very fearful person - but south africa does have 4 cities in the top 10 of the most unsafe cities on this planet 😅 so I thought I better go and inform myself a bit beforehand. Any areas or streets on this route I should totally avoid? What should I do if someone tries to rob me or take the car? What is important when looking for hotels? Any other advices? 😃
