The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell Educational Drone training programs and related solutions to educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.

* Generate business opportunities for Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Online Branding.

* Identify and acquire recruitment mandates from organizations across IT and Non-IT sectors.

* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close business deals.

* Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high client satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to organizational growth.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong sales and business development aptitude.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and recruitment services will be an advantage.

* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
