anyone else feel like stamping plates are getting a bit... samey?

Genuine question, not trying to start drama lol. Feels like every new plate release has the same florals, same geometric stuff, same "trendy" designs just recycled by different brands.

Am I just burnt out from scrolling too much or do you guys feel this too? What would actually make you go "ok I NEED this plate" instead of just scrolling past?

Curious what you all think, especially if you've been collecting for a while

Question for my nail art girlies (and guys) 💅

I'm always finding way more nail art brands based outside Europe than within it, especially for stamping plates. Do you know any European brands (stamping plates, polishes, tools, etc.) worth checking out? Would love to support more local/EU makers!

Unusual use case: can a desktop machine handle 0.05–0.15mm engraving depth on stainless steel?

Hi all, bit of an unusual use case here but figured this community would know better than anyone.

I'm building a small nail art brand and the core product is stamping plates. These are thin stainless steel sheets with shallow engraved designs that transfer nail polish patterns onto nails (photo for reference). I'm looking at two plate sizes: 12x6cm and 6x6cm, around 0.5 to 0.8mm thick, with engraving depth in the 0.05 to 0.15mm range. It just has to be deep enough to hold nail polish.

I don't have a background in cnc so I'm not sure what kind of desktop machine would even be suitable for this (if there is one). Has anyone worked with something similar, or can point me in the right direction in terms of what type of equipment to look at?

Thanks!
