I think it was an anime…

Boy gets isekai onto a rolling grass plain which is actually a deadly monster but doesn’t attack him for whatever reason I think. Meets an elven girl who sort of falls in love with him. They split up but I don’t recall what happened with the boy. I’m pretty sure this was a manga I read but I can’t recall the name and the anime was only one season?

Why is the US claiming to have secure borders when they allow sex offenders in that Canada denies?

World Cup player was denied entry into Canada for suspected sex crimes. So he is in Rhode Island for now? I guess the US really does protect sex criminals?
