Been on oral progesterone for 6 of 10 days as an endurance runner recovering from hypothalamic amenorrhea and hoping to start TTC in the near future. Confused about some of my hormone levels...

On days 4-5 of the oral progesterone, Inito told me I had an LH surge and peak fertility, days 5-6 it says it was waiting for a "PdG rise" to confirm ovulation. My estradiol went from 66 to 36 to 80 and my LH went from 1.95 to 6.58 to 3.27. My PdG went from 3.53 to 2.69 to 3.67.

I guess the reason why I'm confused is because doesn't oral progesterone suppress LH secretions? Why would mine be going up days 4-5?

As previously mentioned, I haven't had a period in over a year due to hypothalamic amenorrhea from underfueling/overtraining. I've scaled back tremendously on exercising and am fueling before/during/after and every 3 hours otherwise. I gained about 20 lbs to get here. However, I'm cautious to assume I'm actually ovulating. This is the highest my estradiol has been since I started testing about a month ago. The bar is low, I know lol.

I'm new to using Inito- E3G is significantly lower during 1st morning urine @ 4:30 AM (~8-10 ng/ml!!!) than 2nd morning urine a couple hours later (6:30 AM-9 AM) (25-45 ng/ml). Am I testing too early? Wouldn't the E3G normally be lower later in the day d/t drinking fluids?

And yes I know my estrogen is very low. I think it probably always has been, but I'll never truly know since I was never measuring it. I've always had irregular periods, but even moreso over the last 4 years since I became a distance runner. I was underweight, and am now back in my body's typical weight range.

**TW** Anybody else with a history of RED-S/hypothalmic amenorrhea have to accept that they can't probably can't marathon train and TTC?

I went through REDs/HA during the latter half of 2025 & the first month or 2 of 2026. I was able to run Boston 2026, but I had to scale back my mileage and significantly up my calories to go 4 mins slower than my PR from the previous year. I have been signed up for Chicago 2026 since November 2025, and was really hoping to run it this year as I've never ran it before, but my husband and I really would like to conceive over the next year or so. Even before I started running, my period was always extremely irregular and it was not rare for me to skip months here and there. The doctors always mentioned that was normal on the pill (which is a story for another time, but I digress...)

I gained 20 lbs and am fully weight restored, but my estrogen levels are still pretty low. my goal was to keep mileage at or below 45-50 miles for the entirety of Chicago training, but after talking with my RDN, I'm starting to think the long runs (my other runs are a max of 8 miles) are still tipping me over into an energy deficiency, and that's why my hormones are still out of whack and why I haven't gotten my period back. Do I need to just accept that I need to give up marathon training while TTC? I really wanted to PR and then call it a day, but I feel like it’s not worth it to just push the timeline back even further…

i know this is the internet but please be kind :) Even though i'm 32, I'm one of the first of my runner friends who is TTC, so I really don't have many people to talk to. Sometimes it feels like there are a lot of people who can do both, so I feel this "why can't I?" mentality, even though I know realistically everyone is different.

Property mgmt co sent an email asking if they could “request the addition of a clause allowing the landlord to terminate the lease with 90 days’ written notice” because they “may move forward with a sale of the property”. What are our options?

We just resigned the lease about a month ago, and our lease renews for a year on 7/1.

They said that they may sell, so they “would like to maintain some flexibility regarding future occupancy”.
