Has anybody ever fixed this?

The skin on my arms always looks red and irritated and blotchy, worst after showering, as seen here. I’m guessing one component of it is KP (keratosis pilaris), but it seems like something else too, and it’s not particularly bumpy, which usually comes along with KP. I’ve tried switching body soaps, detergents, using creams/moisturizers with salicylic acid and glycolic acid, and upping omega-3 intake, but nothing seems to move the needle. Has anybody had experience with fixing this for good?

TRE - holy crap!

Tension & Trauma Release Exercise - Wow, can’t believe how simple and effective this is, my hips were shaking like crazy by the end. Hugely relaxing, I think I’m gonna sleep so well. If you have hip issues, or relaxation / fight-or-flight issues, give this a shot!

Favorite tool for cleaning these Z axis holes?

Can’t easily get a vacuum in there, needle nose pliers don’t fit super well, so what’s your favorite tool for digging the little bits out?

Why does my plumbing make this sound??

This shower/bath randomly makes this high pitched sound in the video. Turning it on relieves some kind of pressure or vacuum or something, but I have no idea why it happens or what I could do to prevent it. Any ideas?

Best ways to lower blood pressure?

42M
Alright fam, how do I lower my blood pressure? Not just temporarily, but for the long term?

I just tried to donate blood (O-) and my BP was 151/101. They said the diastolic can’t be over 100, so I was turned away.

If anything I was a little flustered trying to answer the nurse’s questions while also answering the 80+ intake questions on my phone, while also getting my blood pressure taken. Also some background pain from my torn hamstring (2.5 weeks ago), and also I know I drink too much caffeine, and males in my family tend to run a little high on BP anyway.

I generally am pretty fit, lifting 1-2x a week, and typically run pretty regularly (again, leg injury). I know there’s an idea sodium should be low, but I think I had barely any today besides an electrolyte drink.

I am guessing things like lowering stress generally, healthy eating, good sleep, hydration, maybe breathing techniques, vasodilators, etc. could help, but what else do you have for me? What was a game changer for you? Any hacks?

Where to get these rod covers?

The P2S has these great little rubber covers over the smooth Z axis rods that prevent little bits of junk from falling down in there. The X1C never came with anything like this and I would like to add them, because I've experienced the issue that if too much junk builds up in there, it will push up the linear bearing, which then causes homing errors until this is corrected.

The spare parts page for P2S does not seem to have these at all. Is it possible to buy them from Bambu?

I looked around on Makerworld and this is the only version of the part that I was able to find. I don't have TPU and don't normally print with it, but willing to give it a shot. Anyone else have a clever solution to this?
