My question is: what specific job titles in what industries can she qualify for? I went from a BA in the semiconductor industry to a BA in the insurance industry to a BA in my present public sector job. I've encouraged her that with her experience and accomplishments she'll be sure to land interviews but I'd like to have a better idea as to what she can look for if interested.

Hi, I understand this is not a substitute for legal advice but I wanted to ask about possible ways forward. My dad passed without a will, he and my mother have been living in the same house for decades but she is not on the deed. The county clerk advised us of having to draw up a new deed by ourselves or with probate to deliver to the town clerk, along with forms TP 584 and RP5217.

Since the grantor is deceased and cannot provide a signature to transfer, what options if any do we have for drawing up a deed to submit to the county clerk ourselves? I stopped drafting the General Warranty deed once I saw it requires a living grantor.

I've been a fan of Gamesir for years starting with 4 T4 Pros I got for my family which served us well and had perfect turbo functionality. After a while, though, the USB ports got worn out and any cable I bought would just fall out from a whisper of wind so I got 4 Tegenaria Lites which are hardwired permanently. That problem with port fatigue is solved now but the turbo rate is WAY too high, making it effectively useless for many games compared to decades old tech like the NES Advantage. The fire rate is too fast for games from Mega Man 3 to Clockwork Ambrosia to the point that they just don't shoot because the game can't keep up. ​

Does anyone know some Gamesir controller models that are permanently hardwired (not just a USB C port), or know how to calm down the turbo rate on a Tegenaria Lite controller?
