I am now writing my master thesis on Trust as a factor of participation in two-sided digital freight markets, especially focusing on whether SME carriers and carriers in general would be willing to use a platform for co-loading unused truck capacity.

I am looking for interviews to support my thesis research. So, I wanted to ask if anyone suitable with an opinion would be open to an interview about a topic in this direction.
The interview would take about 30 minutes and roughly focus on what information, guarantees, documentation, payment protection, or dispute support a carrier would need before trusting a digital platform to offer the carriers empty capacity.

The interview would be anonymous, and I would not name you or your company in the thesis.
