This game is by Digital Extremes, creators of warframe, it was a hero shooter with a cards system for perks/specials abilities.
It had a beta phase, where i played it alot but the game was canceled shortly after. Content for it and even official channel are still easily findable/still up as below. For that reason i marked the post as partially lost but i am looking for the actual files.
