i want to start wearing makeup, but i’m not sure where to start😞

i’ve worn makeup but feel like a clown everytime. my skin is very clear; i would just like to enhance my lips, lashes, and cheeks. my lips are also pretty small, so lips products never look good on me. need ALL the tips you guys are willing to give. idk good products, my color palette, or where to start. (entered photos of myself for reference while giving advice).

what do i do?

i placed a carside order yesterday at the wrong location and needed to cancel it. i called 7 times that night to cancel and was hung up on each time. they marked my order as complete and never contacted me😭. should i say goodbye to my money or is there something else i can do?

this is my second set and they look wayyyy better than the locs i had previously. love them so much!
