What do you see in these results?

Could this possibly be benign? I noticed right side atrophy and sensitivity that made me get checked. I have very low tumor markers, completely normal. And nothing showing on the CT scan. Currently waiting to do sperm banking as a precaution before surgery. These 2 ultrasounds are about a month apart. What’s y’all’s opinion? TIA

"Job Jumper" Resume Help

What's the workaround for my resume to encourage hiring managers/employers to take interest in me as a candidate if my recent "job-jumping" tenures haven't been my own doing?

Layoffs, medical time away, toxic/unethical work environments, etc. -- all different reasons as to why I haven't had 2+ years in the same place. I know the way it may look, but it's not who I am as an employee. How do I express that I'm a good prospect if I'm being overlooked for interviews because I'm a "job-jumper"?

Resume Formatting

What is the ideal resume formatting as far as the sequencing of sections? Do I abandon the "About Me"/professional summary section and jump right into "Work Experience"?

Currently, mine lays out like this:

- Header (name/info)

- Professional Summary (should I use this for keywords to trigger ATS or abandon?)

- Work Experience

- Military Service

- Education

- Key Skills

- Awards & Achievements

What would you add or subtract? Currently mine sits just at 2 pages. I recently eliminated the columns in my key skills section, even though it looked clean aesthetically, it was not widely accepted by ATS.

Thank you for reading! Any help or advice is appreciated.

Job Search after cancer diagnosis

I left my previous employer to focus on my medical issues and cancer treatment but I’m about to start back up the job hunt after I’ve been cleared. Should I put anything on my resume about cancer treatment/recovery when it comes to my time spent unemployed?

ADHD vs Anxiety vs OCD

What’s the best way to differentiate the 3, and is it possible to have all 3? I’m conflicted on how to start med treatment bc the approach is different according to the diagnoses.

I’ve recently started back therapy and they are under the impression my anxiety actually stems from my ADHD and OCD. I get health anxiety, binge drink, scatter brained, hard to focus, forget things and conversations easily, etc.

VSO?

How much difference does getting a VSO truly make when it comes to claims? My disability claim has been shot down for the third time and I’ve presented plenty of evidence. I have an appointment next week with a VSO and I’m hoping they will take this off my hands but I’m unsure of the process.

Cancer or not?

Okay so my story goes like this:

I noticed significant atrophy in my right testicle along with a downward trend in male performance and went and got my T levels tested and they came back super low. I thought it was just low T so started TRT with hCG for a while but wasn’t a fan so I got off and have been off for over a year. I then started getting some discomfort in my right testicle that was still significantly smaller than my left and got a routine ultra sound. Turns out the pain was actually coming from a cyst that was taken care of with a 14 day round of antibiotics so the cyst essentially caught these masses bc the masses themselves are painless. It came back with signs of malignancy with 2 Intratesticular solid masses both about 1cm. Had another ultrasound to confirm and they did and sent me to a urologist. I then had blood markers and chest, abdomen, pelvis CT’s the whole gist as yall are familiar. All came back negative. I’m waiting for sperm cryopreservation next week and then I’ll schedule orchiectomy. My question is what are the odds that this isn’t cancer at all and I should just monitor it? Just curious y’all’s opinion.
