Erfahrung Teilungsversteigerung - Bieter zurückhaltender?

Hi Leute,

ich hatte heute Mittag einen Beitrag verfasst, aber versehentlich die Zwangsversteigerung statt Teilungsversteigerung thematisiert.

Nach meiner Recherche ist der wesentliche Unterschied bei den zwei Varianten, die Übername der Grundschuld.

Kann man zusammenfassend sagen, dass die potentiellen Käufer/Bieter bei Teilungsversteigerungen eher zurückhaltender sind als bei Zwangsversteigerungen?

Es geht um ein neues Objekt, welches Grundschulden von 400k hat. Gutachten sieht den Wert bei 1,1 Mio Euro.

Hallo Leute,

wie sieht aktuell die Lage bei Zwangsversteigerungen aus in Großstädten oder mittelgroßen Städten?

Kann man annehmen, dass Privatpersonen/Unternehmen kaum dran teilnehmen?

Es geht um ein Objekt in Hamburg, was im August zur Versteigerung freigegeben ist.

Habt ihr Erfahrungswerte bei ZVGs?

Does the Pop count show only Alpha Nami?

Hey guys, I‘m wondering if PSA includes here all OP01-016 Nami Cards (Alpha, beta etc) or only the Alpha Nami?

If only Alpha Nami, the pop count seems to be pretty high imo

I do own 2 Copies, one of them in a BGS 10 and one in a PSA 10. Should I sell the PSA 10 to reinvest in better cards?

Liebe Leute,

ich habe seit vielen Jahren Gazprom ADRs. Diese sind seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr handelbar, ein Umtausch war bis letztes Jahr auch nur bedingt möglich.

Wie sollte man am besten mit den Gazprom ADRs umgehen? Habt ihr einen Vorschlag, ob und wie man evtl. sogar die ADRs in Aktien umtauschen könnte?

What‘s special about Alpha Nami?

what’s so special about the Alpha Nami, apart from the errata? As far as I know, it’s “just” a rare card.

So it shouldn’t be as scarce as like SR, Alt Art‘s and so on..

Centering (Beckett)

Hey guys, I do have a Oda Sig in nearly perfect shape. No whitening, no scratches and so on.

The only thing I haven't been able to figure out yet is the front centering.

Ist the front centering a BGS 10 Contender? I‘m not sure if I should send it to psa or Beckett tbh..

Oda Sig grading through Beckett or PSA?

Hi guys,

I recently traded a Oda Sig and don’t know which grading service to chose.

The card is flawless in my opinion, very good centering, no whitening and so on. I‘m pretty sure the card will get a PSA 10. But I‘m not sure if I will get a BGS 10 Pristine.. since Beckett is very strict.

What should I do?
