The catch is the baggage allowance but I'm not even planning to carry a lot

I've looked up some resorts(Riu and Secrets kinda stood out for their party culture and hook up scenes) but I'd love to hear about y'all experience and suggestions
I'm okay with non-all inclusive recommendations as well
