LED replacement for this light bulb?
Hi! I've never encountered a lightbulb light this. I would like to keep the ceiling fan but replace it with an LED one. Any recommendations for replacement? Do I need to change the whole thing or just the "bulb".
do I need to replace the ballast or just replacing the bulb for an LED?
Any help is highly appreciated!

Please, Help me red my generator hours
Hi,
I'm not familiar with generators, I manage some medical clinics and recently we acquired some trucks with mobile clinics. It seems that we need to change the oil on the generator every 150 hours of use. Is this 205 hours of use, or 20.5? Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm a fish out of water with this

Where do I install the in-line duct fan?
Hi,
I have a room that gets particularly hot in summer and cold in winter. An HVAC tech said that our machine was functioning correctly and our ducts are ok(ish) and that the main reason was of how far the room was from the furnace.
I have been considering installing an in-line duct fan connected to a smart plug that activates within a range of temperatures.
For most effectiveness, what would you recommend and why:
a) Install the fan close to the furnace
b) Install the fan closer to the register
c) in the middle
d) it does not matter

Smart Outlet that syncs with main room thermostat?
Hi,
During summer, one of the rooms in my house gets incredibly hot. I am in the process of reviewing the duct lines and planning to install a in-line duct fan and connect it to a smart outlet. This ducts are in the basement.
In the living room I have an Amazon Smart Thermostat and mostly use the Amazon eco system for everything. Any idea of a smart outlet that can sync with the thermostat and switch on/off within a range of temperatures?
I'd greatly appreciate any ideas!

I’ve always preferred tan leather for my out-of-office and business-casual outfits. However, I’ve struggled with the missmatch of the colors of my messenger bag, watch band, shoes, and belt.
Because of that, I decided to switch to black leather instead. I’m slowly building my wardrobe around this change, but I still find summer outfits challenging. I’m especially interested in business-casual office ideas, though I’m also open to suggestions for polished summer looks more generally. I appreciate your help!
