Anyone else puke during a panic attack?

Like the adrenaline and cortisol is so high that you end up barfing. Or is it just me?

It's awful. Especially when you're stuck somewhere. I don't puke every panic attack. It's just the really bad ones. Or if my body just feels like it.

I have GERD, IBS, among other stomach issues. So maybe I'm just more prone to seeing my lunch twice during a freakout.

I wasn't sure if this was NSFW, so I labeled it such just in case.

Did my mom buy snake oil?

Hi, my mother bought a jar of this product called NanoRevive EsoRepair "supplements". I cannot find any information of this online outside of influencer ads and suspicious looking mlm websites. Has anyone heard of this? Is this a scam? She spent $38 USD for a bottle on Amazon. What in the sam hell did my mother just buy?

Nauseous and freaking out

I'm laying in bed with a bucket and a heating pad. I have no idea what this is? My stomach has been super acidic for like a week. Been having panic attacks as well. Awesome combo.

Idk if this is PMS???

Just walked out

I said I needed more training, boss looked at me like I had five heads. I had maybe 4 hours total time at the returns desk before today. They think I can do it on my own during memorial day weekend.

I started in fulfillment with zero training, scheduled on my own. I'm female 130 lbs lifting concrete bags half my weight and lumber triple my height by myself and the management is nowhere to be found. "Just do your best," they said. Moved to the returns desk thinking it'd be better. Big mistake to assume that I would be trained.

I have autism, so this kind of thing is already difficult for me. The management knows this.

Terrible experience. Walked out an hour into my shift. I feel horrible about it, but... Come on.
