What to Wear: Mont Royal
I know it's not an intense hike and it's more of a large "hill" but are there recommendations of what to wear besides sneakers? Is this like a activewear type of walk?

My husband is generally ambitious. And he has shown that in his career trajectory, in moving countries for a better life for himself. However, after a significant period of burnout due to some trauma, being unemployed and having no initiation to look for new jobs, he got disgnosed with ADHD. His new meds seemed to work, but then everything fails if he doesnt get good sleep, or there's jet lag, or it rains. His nervous system is genuinely very sensitive. I am disabled myself. I have had to come to terms with what supports my energy and what is feasible for me versus what I had hoped.
We've discussed this a lot in couples therapy, but I don't know if I believe if it makes sense for him to try and climb any ladder and in this economy risking getting laid off for performance because he can't utilize his executive functioning. "It's raining and my brain was just off" just does not fly in corporate. Or really any job to be honest. SAD is real, but you do have to find coping strategies.
I know he is capable. He has skills. He likes to learn. Has ideas. But he does not demonstrate capacity, and it feels awful for me to say that. I don't think he recognizes the difference between capability and capacity. I have spent so much time applying to jobs for him, reminding him to send follow up emails, etc. I can't be his prefrontal cortex our whole marriage. I've asked him to speak to his therapist about real executive functioning strategies.
To reiterate, this has been discussed together in couples therapy. I just have been feeling it more lately and it makes me feel down.
My husband has been unemployed for over a year. I am 31. I hate my career and want to switch but this job market obviously sucks and I am carrying the health insurance and our salary.
I know 31 isn't objectively old, but I feel time creeping. We had maybe wanted kids. Our current apartment isn't sustainable for thw long term but again-one teacher salary. But he is unemployed and I currently have come to the realization that I cant work in my current job and also be a quality parent.
I don't know what will happen if he can't get a job. It is stressing both of us out considerably.
I wish I had the "everything happens for a reason" and "God's plan" mindset but I don't.
This is a bit of a ramble, but I guess I am just looking for anyone who is currently or has been in a similar position and how you're managing?
I have looked through this reddit and I am still confused. I am a U.S citizen living in the U.S (specifically Boston) with my Indian husband. He is an Indian citizen. We have been married for 2 years. I see there is a new online OCI registration. However, there is nowhere to upload the apostilled marriage certificate, employment letter, sworn affidivat, etc.
I am struggling with figuring out what exactly documents I need. I went to the VFS website and one document shows I also need an apostilled birth certificate and an employment letter, but another doesn't list those.
Other people have said to upload the marriage certificate, employment letter, affidavit as a pdf under proof of nationality. It seems that these documents need to be mailed anyway and it's not fully online.
So is there an updated list of documents and step by step? The OCI registrafion page doesn't actually save any of your information so it all just needs to be done in one go so I don't want to mess this up.
I took a month and a half off from work using FMLA due to severe burnout. I have a couple weeks left and I am starting to feel so sick with anxiety about returning. I have been looking for new jobs but its just been so helpful to not work and especially not work in ny toxic work environment. I know some of the anxiety is change in routine that will dissipate once I return to my usual schedule, but some of it is true dread.
Has anyone here taken FMLA for something like this and has strategies on how to transition back?
