Anyone need donated IVF meds?

I have a bunch of estradiol, progesterone in oil and lovenox leftover from earlier this year. Someone very kindly helped me out with donated meds when all the pharmacies seemed to be out of estradiol, and I want to pay it forward!

Lewis & Cluck closed. Where are people going for chicken food and bedding?

Lewis & Cluck closed permanently, and I'm so sad. It was such a wholesome store and the prices were reasonable. Ace Hardware sometimes has chicken food, but it's not consistent. Murdoch's exists, but it's so out of the way. Any remaining local businesses?

Am I wasting my time/missing an opportunity by only doing stairs instead of continuing weights?

Prior to pregnancy, I was focusing on glute/back/posture strength training. I was lifting 2-3 times a week and getting cardio via stairs 1-2 times a week.

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and fell off my workout routine for nearly 4 months due to nausea. I've done a few lifting sessions and feel fine/good, but I find myself gravitating to stairs whenever I feel motivated to go to the gym. It's like my brain doesn't have the bandwidth for variety and stairs is a great way to zone out. I focus on activating my glutes, so maybe that's doing something for me.

Am I selling my self short, or in this phase of life is it okay to just take the cardio win (like, hey, at least I'm doing something?)?
