Tall ladies in the 220 - 250lb range, when did you notice a different?
I'm 5ft10, and I started Wegovy 5 weeks ago. I started at 238lbs, and I'm now 224lbs down! Food noise is mostly gone (until the end of the week) and I don't feel the urge to snack all the time which is my kryptonite.
So I'm 14lbs down, and I look... the same. I'm tall so I know this is the reason why. No one has noticed my weight loss and my clothes feel like the fit the same. I keep looking for NSVs but nothing yet.
How much weight do I need to lose to actually see a difference, or have someone else see the difference?
This isn't a demotivator. I'm actually really happy with my result so far! But I'd like to know when I'll see a difference. My intital goal is to be 180lbs.
