Apple Watch cellular plan with Verizon. Is my only option to leave Red Pocket Mobile?

Since I’m not attached at the hip to my red pocket, Verizon-powered iPhones 17, I bought a cellular-enabled Apple Watch thinking I could add a RP watch plan. I should have looked closer at the fine print.

Since I need Verizon’s towers to get service inside my house, is my only option to leave red pocket? And if so, where should I go. I’ve been with red pocket for over a decade so if I’m giving up my grandfathered plan, I don’t want to give it up if any other options.

Adding fixed spending money to kids’ cruise cards for on-ship use.

Can you place limits on money each kid has available to spend using his/her own room card? And if so, how do I do it?

Anyone figured out a fix for the melted or sunk right charging contact on the J7+ docking station?

Learned from reading here and elsewhere that the J7 has a defect where the Roomba’s right charging contact melts—causing a permanent depression
that prevents contact between the bot and the docking station and inability to get a good connection to charge the bot. I’ve been manually pulling that contact up for a few days but that gets old. I recently wedged a toothpick under the depressed contact to see if it would stay up and charge (it does—see second photo). But i have no idea if that’s a safe fix. Anyone have a workable and cost effective solution for fixing other than buying another defective and expensive dock? Without the dock, this bot is worthless. Any thoughts about replacing the toothpick with electrical tape?

Older mom needs stroller for foster infant who already has Graco car seat.

I need recommendations from parents that are still in the trenches. Friends in their mid to late 40s are wanting to adopt through fostering the premature biological sibling of a current child. As our friends gave their baby items away many years ago, we want to get them whatever will make this transition easier financially and physically.

As Adoptive mom is busy getting her home and accounts ready for CPS inspection, she asked me to research a lightweight transitional stroller that will be easy for her to lift and use being an older mom. One hand open and close would be a big plus.

Foster system has already bought baby a graco infant car seat so that purchase is already baked into the equation.

  1. Are there any good lightweight transitional strollers that accept graco car seats? If so, which ones should I be looking at?

  2. Alternatively, we used an infant car seat stroller frame when my kids were babies (it has been 15 years, but i think it was a snap and go). We then transition to a lightweight stroller when our kids got out of their infant car seats. If that’s the better option, I’ll buy both for her but would greatly appreciate recommendations for both. I think the graco stroller frame is out of stock.

I don’t have time to shop fb marketplace, so I plan to buy new.

Thanks for any help.
