The title exactly. Idk how to construct my speech without it being cheesy or sounding like ai. I only want a 3 minute speech or so and nothing terribly sentimental because I’ll hate the attention and the speaking enough, I don’t want to sound cheesy on top of it.
I need help on just how should I go about it
I have a 2008 Freightliner/Thomas C2 school bus with the Mercedes MBE 926 7.2L (DDEC VI). I’m diagnosing an intermittent crank/no-start and I’m trying to positively identify the CKP/CMP sensors before I start removing anything.
The MBE 900/926 service information describes the crankshaft position sensor as being at the rear/left side of the engine around the flywheel housing, and it’s extremely difficult to see or access on the C2 because the frame/firewall and other components are in the way.
I found the sensor shown in the first close-up photo. The other photos show its location in the engine bay for reference.
Does the sensor in the close-up look like the MBE 926 crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, or something completely different?
A few details about the problem:
Engine will crank strongly but sometimes will not start.
When it does start, it can run normally.
It has previously run smoothly for 10–15 minutes, then after shutting it off it would crank but wouldn't start.
During some failed starts there has been no visible exhaust smoke.
I’m not currently getting a CKP/CMP fault or check-engine light.
Fuel system has been externally primed, but I’m still trying to determine whether this is fuel delivery or an engine-position/synchronization issue.
Access to the rear of the engine is extremely tight, so I don’t want to pull a sensor unless I know what it is.
If anyone familiar with MBE 900/926 engines can identify this sensor from the pictures, I’d really appreciate it.
Also, if you know the easiest physical access route to the actual CKP and CMP sensors on a C2 chassis, that would be extremely helpful. I've already identified there's not a dog house entry from the fire wall unless I want to make one LMAO
Is my video memory really that high? I first dealt with this issue before upgrading my pc and figured i’d no longer deal with it now that i have specs considered better than what’s recommended for this game.
Recently, it’s popping up constantly, like literally every single time. I can lower graphics but it still won’t go away.
I’ve got nothing else running on the background except steam and the launcher for this game, including a clip recording app and i did have discord but closed it (surprise surprise it didn’t help).
Is there anything i’m missing that i can do?

I also do have the game on an external hard drive since it’s so many gb. Wondering now if that’s the issue?
Recently, i’ve had a friend living with my family. That put 6 people in our small house and she was on the couch for almost a year. We’ve managed to get her to move in with her relative who is next door, because she tends to get on everyone’s nerves easily, plus we’re trying to help her get on her feet and be independent.
So far, we’ve helped her become an stna and get a job very close. We even sold her an old car, because she hasn’t been able to save up for one on her own. We’ve included her on our family vacations even though she still pays for herself.
However the current situation and issue is that she has zero money saved up after working for 6 months. None. Because she spends it on hundred dollar tattoos every other week, lends her money to friends easily without being sure if they’ll pay her back, constantly wants to eat out, always buying alcohol, and the list goes on. She lies to us and is disrespectful when we try to step in and help her with finances and claims we’re only trying to control her.
And after a whole year, we’re back at square one, so i can easily say that I am fed up and i’ve tried what I can and I have just lost all motivation to help her when she won’t even help herself. My parents are also close with her and still want to help her, which is difficult because they think i’m wrong for being tired of her. I didn’t mention she wrecked that car a week after she put it in her name either, so we’re trying to get her another car. What’s also annoying is that she’s constantly drinking too and usually drunk whenever she’s around, even if we complain about it, she just gets defensive and refuses to discuss the conflict civilly.
So am I the asshole for wanting to just be done with her and not help anymore? She clearly needs the help. She’s diagnosed and unmedicated which doesn’t help, and goes to therapy but doesn’t see it as something she needs.
i'm researching headsets bc mine have bad wires now and cuts my audio and mic quality. It's like a no name brand from walmart, super lightweight, and was probably like 15 bucks. And I love them. I'm not looking for some flashy Razer's.
Honestly weight and the clamp on my ears matter most, because I wear them for long and I'm prone to headaches from the tension. I've narrowed to HyperX Cloud III or Arctis Nova 1 which seem slim compared to most and have usb option instead of headphone jack since im on pc. I'm mostly curious if the brands are good and if they have good history with sound and audio quality.
Or suggestions of other brands are welcome, because I know the bare minimum about headsets lol
