Missing from University City area. Disturbing texts from her phone and last heard from 6/17

I do not know her but am just sharing from FB for visibility. Nobody knows if she left Philly to start the drive to New Hampshire. She apparently drove a black Ford Escape but according to Philly police it was not registered in PA and she has no state ID. Wellness checks were performed with negative response but friends were told police cannot file missing person report without whereabouts or more information. Text messages sent from her phone indicated she was being harmed. Friends said no (known) history of substance abuse.
Please share/keep an eye out if possible.
I tried to post on the other Philly subreddit but it removed it because the link was not a news source or police post.
