Any guides on how to determine flange shape?

After EPing with my first, I’m now wheeling the pump back out now I’ve had my second. I have been reading about different flange shapes (I’m not sure I recall this being a thing when I was pumping before?!) and I’m now thinking I may be better off with a saucer shaped flange. Does anyone know of any guides etc on fitting these please? Particularly in terms of flange size, they seem to be a lot smaller generally than the classic shaped flanges - are the nipple measurements done the same way for different shaped flanges?! I use 21mm inserts on the classic flang, but the saucer flanges only seem to go up to 15mm.

Breastfeeding friendly clothing recommendations

As title, looking for breastfeeding friendly clothing recommendations! Ideally some floaty maxi dresses that are similar to T-shirt material or cotton blends… I’m struggling to find what I’m looking for!

Consultant added to Badger Notes

Just had my 36 week scan yesterday, which the sonographer said all was looking as it should be... today I logged into Badger Notes and noticed a consultant has been added to my care team. Has anyone else had this? Is this standard, or does this mean I am being moved to consultant-led care but nobody has told me?

I am finding the communication this pregnancy utterly shocking. Badger Notes is never updated with anything useful. Not a single one of the four NHS scans I have had have been logged in Badger Notes. I missed three weeks worth of iron tablets because nobody bothered to tell me that I needed them (I was told "we will be in touch if your results show you are anaemic, if not - no news is good news." when indeed it was not good news). I was referred for a second GTT test at 35 weeks, and when I arrived for the test after fasting was told I didn't actually need it and it was pointless at this stage of pregnancy when the results would be back after my 36 week scan anyway which would flag any issues with baby's growth/placenta function.

I am still hoping to give birth at our local MLU but I am now panicking that I will be moved to consultant led care and have to give birth at the maternity ward in the hospital.

Working adjustments in the heat

What is everyone doing about working adjustments in the heat this week?

I’m 35 weeks and I’m planning to WFH (no air con in the office but I have a unit at home!) and I’m going to cancel a client visit (to a construction site).

I have no idea how I’m going to cope, I’ve already got hugely swollen legs and feet, it’s due to be 40c where I live on Thursday which is conveniently the day of my 36 week scan 🫠🫠

I want to soundproof a wall that is between a bedroom and a bathroom. I can only soundproof from the bedroom side, and it’s the bathroom that is the noisy room (loud shower!). Would soundproofing panels help with this? From what I’ve read they seem to be designed to reduce the noise from the room they are put into, not reduce the noise into the room? Or will it work both ways? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻
