I just wanted to make a tread for anyone that wanted to share there experience. Denial of your system is so common in DID and a lot of people avoid talking about it for the fear of being fake claimed so I wanted to make a tread for many anyone else going through a denial spell to read examples and feel comforted. I’m also personally going through another rn lol but here’s one of my older spells

This was during the summer time where I convinced myself I was cosplaying characters in my head and I started going through my phone to delete all my system stuff. System tracking, parts artwork, Reddit, etc. when out of no where I heard a part just directly start talking to me and. Communication is still very hard for us since it’s still early discovery I’ve been aware for 1-2 years can’t remember the exact start date but that was definitely the clearest communication I have ever gotten and I was in the middle of deleting all of our process 😭
Only share if your comfortable I was just wanting to see if any other systems would what a space like this
Denial spells suck so much…

Recently my alters have been very quiet I don’t hear anyone anymore and I havnt notice anyone like I normally do. It’s been a couple of weeks now I think and it has started to worry me about. Of course the feelings of me making this all up again and resurfaced but I just keep thinking about instances where I definitely wasn’t intentionally doing anything. I’ve been trying more means to communicate but no one has responded I’m worried I pushed communication too much and now they all hate me or maybe it was too soon for me to discover everyone so my gatekeeper closed everyone off. I just wish I had a sign so I would know what going on it was such an abrupt stop. I was reading a post the other day about medication effects people with did/OSDD and I believe the change started when I started my adhd meds I’m not exactly sure tho and I have so much amnesia with time on top of my general time blindness with my audhd…

I just wrote this to see if any other systems have experienced this or just any tips you have for us I just hope I didn’t hurt anyways feelings on accident.

This is my first time trying any adhd medication my psychiatrist wanted to put me on another non stimulant medication but my insurance wouldn’t cover it so we’re trying this one first. I ate a banana before taking it but my stomach still hurt a lot. I was wondering if I needed to eat something more filling or something? Thankfully I didn’t have to work today so I just took a nap and now it doesn’t hurt anymore hours later!

Hello everyone thank you for taking the time to read this and I appreciate any feedback at all that you’re willing to share. Recently I participated in a research program on my college campus which is a program to help first generation college students continue to get higher education. Through that program I found out how I really enjoyed the research process. My current major is Studio Art with a concentration in animation and I was planning on getting my masters and doctorate in psychology! I’m here today to ask if anyone is aware of any career paths that I could use both my art degree and psychology degree. I’m a junior so I will be graduating soon I’m going to see if I can add a psychology minor before I fully commit. I have always been extremely interested psychology and especially about childhood experiences since I found it fascinating how literally everything goes back to how your childhood was as a kid. I was wondering what career paths were available and if it’s worth making the change? Art has and will always be important to me I’ve just been questioning if it something that I really want to do for the rest of my life with the unsteady pay and job market. But most importantly I’m don’t think I would enjoy the sort of grind you have to do with animation spending weeks working on the same frame if anything I would want to be in a leader role or just have full control over my own projects. I was wondering if I could go into psychology research because my ultimate goal is to create something to help people get through hardships in their life. Over the summer I research why horror communities like fnaf, creepypasta, scp, etc had such loyal fan bases and I really enjoyed looking into those and I learned a lot. My director is what mentioned looking into getting my masters into psychology since my research heavily leaned towards that. Hopefully this made sense im definitely word vomiting lol. If you have any questions I can certainly qualify but I greatly appreciate any insights or advice you can give me!

Okay so this just happened so I’ll try to explain everything to the best of my abilities. Yesterday I came on here to talk about a note I got after writing to an alter. I’ve been having multiple items missing in my room without any idea as to where they went so I wrote to the alters just wondering where it could possibly be. And I got a note back saying that they did it to get my attention and that they like me. After talking on here I wrote back asking for my things back and simple information like there name and age and stuff. Back to today! I just came home from a meeting and when I went in my room almost all the things were put back. Things that I didn’t even know was missing was there and there was notes around my room talking about how they like this jacket and stuff. And they said that they left one of there clothes since they took mine. It’s a large grey hoodie that I have never worn before. On top of that they left notes about how they can’t tell me their name or they won’t be able to talk to me freely and that they really like me and want to continue talking. They mentioned setting a time to chat together. And asked what my favorite snacks were. That brings me here today idk how this whole thing works but I’m honestly concerned I have a stalker in my house but I have no idea how they would go in. I always lock my door when I’m there but I don’t lock my room door when I leave. But the front door to my apartment I always close. I do have roommates that will leave the door unlocked from time to time but they have gotten better with it. Idk does this sound like something an alter would even do. I heard of alters not knowing that they are alters. Do I go to the police? Do I tell my therapist. They told me to keep it between else or we can’t talk anymore. I’m honestly worried and I don’t know what to do. I locked my door and I’m going home for the weekend. Any advice would greatly be appreciated!!!

Okay so I actually made a post here a couple of days ago but then deleted it. A bunch of my plushies have gone missing and I was freaking out over it. Ik I can be forgetful sometimes but this was way more than normal so I went on here thinking it was maybe an alter. I later decided that I was just tweaking so I deleted the post and moved on. During my crash out I found some advice to write a note so I wrote one without thinking about it. I honestly forgot about writing the note until today. I was in the process of cleaning my room when I noticed that not only was my note moved but someone has written in it!!! I don’t now how to explain to you guys but I didn’t write this fucking note. I’m not diagnosed or anything or claiming anything only questioning and this has never happened before. I have never in my memory had fully blown amnesia like this and what’s scarring me the most I have no idea when they could have come out. I don’t think I can add pictures of the note her but my note said hey if anyone moved the plushies can you place them where I can see them so I can find them please. And they wrote back in child writing that they did it so I can notice them and that they like me. And then it looked like my name to sign. Idk I’m so confused what should I do 😭

I just got a iPod 4th generation on eBay! I already downloaded the c(can’t remember the name) and jail broke my iPod. I also got ifile and ipa installer on my iPod but I’m not sure how to continue. I want to download some games and use my Apple Music but I keep running into issues. I’m signed in with my Apple ID but I still can’t access iTunes or anything. If you know of any good tutorials or have any advice I would appreciate it. I’m an art student so this is all new to me I’ve been fighting with this iPod for 8hrs now so I thought I’ll ask for help!
