What is the body language of this cat?

Local stray. I thought feral but starting to debate. Likely from a nearby colony due to ear tip. Seems curious but every time I approach runs away but runs closer when I back away

Mom threw away everything..

(23M) Just got out of a residential mental health stay. 36 days. Came home to everything gone. Bongs, rigs, cart batteries, grinders, all my weed. She for some reason thinks I was in a rehab for weed addiction. Y’all fml. I had some nice glass too. I’m so pissed. Take a rip for the fallen soldier 🫡😭

Edit: I am aware my mother likely had good intentions based on the fact she was worried about me it just fucking sucks that she threw away my shit. I’m not mad about not having weed just the feeling of disrespect of her throwing away my belongings. Also i am doing much better mentally for those asking 🥰

I can’t get myself to use the new lawnmower (OCD)

I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

My mom got a new self propelled lawn mower a little while ago. The very first time she showed me how to use it, it made a loud bang/backfire and a little puff of smoke. And I know that’s not necessarily a sign that something is seriously wrong, but my brain completely latched onto it.

Now every time I think about mowing, my OCD starts telling me it’s going to explode or catch fire while I’m using it. I know logically that’s probably not going to happen, but it feels so real in the moment.

I actually tried to mow earlier today because I told my mom I would. But when I started it, and it made another small pop. That was enough to send my anxiety through the roof. And put me back at square one. On top of that, it’s self-propelled, and that makes me nervous too because I’m not used to it moving on its own.

Has anyone else had OCD/anxiety latch onto something like this? If so, what helped you get through it? I need to mow the lawn. I keep putting it off.

What cloud is this

It seems like the cloud “has a hat”. It’s gone now but was there for a few minutes
