Mental & Physical fatigue over taking just 10mg/day since December

I'm getting 10mg/day to treat mild cystic acne. What am I even doing? My dermatologist told me that by having a low dose treatment the duration would be prolonged but I have recently found out about cumulative dose and I'm not even half-way there??? I want to be done already FFS.

I'm physically and mentally exhausted. I have stopped working out because I can't tolerate even mild exercises and certain isotretinoin has added to my feeling of overall tiredness throughout the day. All my labs are fine.

It's my second time getting Accutane. And the first time the treatment was around 40/50(? can't remember but it was a standard dosage) and lasted 6 months.

Not sure how to approach this request from the interviewer?

The first interview I had with this very small office went very well and although they had expressed their interest in hiring me they had to have me "on hold" for a month to get a clearer understanding of the workload heading into September. They just came back to me saying things are clearer now for them but they want to meet up again to "discuss the role in a bit more detail and understand how comfortable I am with construction drawing packages."

This had come up during the first interview and I was honest with the fact that technical drawings are not my strongest point although I've had a small experience with tender drawings and some construction drawings but always with the supervision and help of my superiors. (Btw I have 3 years of working experience.

I'm not sure how to approach this honestly or what to tell them? All the examples of construction drawings I have, I had already included in my portfolio that they saw.

Don't want to catastrophise but I'm getting the sense they might be in need of someone with more experience but trying to see if I "would do" in the meantime? They just uploaded an Instagram post advertising a new position for an intermediate/senior architect too. The job position I interviewed for was for a junior designer/architect.

Iron window grills were temporarily cut to allow new window installation. What can be done for thsoe ugly welding points?

Magenta shows where the welder cut the grills. I understand that those blobs should have been internally in the walls when the grills were first positioned many many moons ago.

Is there anything that can be done now? The grills were removed because the new window thickness is larger than the original and the shutters would crash into the grills before opening fully. So the idea is to extend them by a little.

Honestly this is purely an aesthetic based question but it's so ugly. Can those junction points be replaced with anchor plates/mounting brackets? Would it be easy to do?

Is the fear mongering over not using any type of stair tile edge trim protection legit?

I can't afford natural stone (bruh) for my patio's external staircase but I also despise the industrial metallic look of nosing profiles. I could maybe do a slimmer, more elegant profile like Schluter's JOLLY brushed stainless steel one (typically not recommended for stairs slip protection; it's more of a tile edge trim protection. Which is fine, my tiles are R11 and marked for exterior use). But these are also quite expensive.

So i was thinking of using...none. just leaving the thread tile edge trim exposed and have it run flush with the riser. IS THIS SO BAD? I've been like fearmongered by all tilers about how the tiles are going to chip. Well, will they??? The tiles are 8mm thick and colour-bodied.

Is it me or does this forebode a rejection?

I had an interview with a small (6people max) and a somewhat newly established practice that I already knew off and really liked their work so after seeing a job opening advertised on their Instagram page I immediately applied and got called for an interview which I think went really well.

They gave the impression that they are definitely looking for someone to hire from September onwards and that's why that comment about assessing the upcoming workload doesn't sit very right with me.

Am I overanalyzing this? How would you recommend responding to this?

Tiny itchy bumps on skin

These tiny bumps that have the colour of the skin appeared about 5/6 days ago on my lower legs. It coincided with when I was doing some gardening work although I was wearing long and fitted trousers so I'm not convinced it's bite related.

They are very hard to spot unless you get reallyyy close to the skin and it's only because my legs felt itchy and started to scratch that I paid close attention and noticed them.

At first I did nothing because I didn't think much of them but they continued feeling mildly itchy ( I might feel the urge to scratch a few times per day so it's not bad - but once I started to scratch, it's harder to stop lol) I think the itchiness might feel worse during the evening/night.

Its been two days since I started taking antistmamine (one pill per day as per the pharmacist's instructions) and I apply Fucicort twice a day too. No improvement so far- in fact I believe bumps started appearing on my forearms too. I do need to disclose that I'm on holiday for the past couple of days and im getting quite a bit of sunlight.

I will not be able to see a dermatologist until the 10th of the month which I think it's a little too far because I'm starting to get irritated. What is that ???? And how to get rid of this?

HELP!!!

The newer leaves were cupped downwards from the beginning (I bought it two months ago) but I watered it the day before yesterday with some added liquid Amino rich fertiliser and some Nitrogen and it has gone downhill since then. FYI, I did notice that the water came out pretty quickly after/when you watering it too. FFS how can I save it?

I have had another rose for about half of the time and I have done pretty much the same things to it and it's doing OK. I just don't understand...do you think maybe it's a root ball problem? Should I take it out? What should I look for?

What is wrong with my hibiscus?

My Hibiscus syriacus leaves look droopy and not rich in colour despite multiple buds forming. What can I do to help? (9b zone and it's starting to get properly warm-currently it's up to 30C)

I have it in the east facing balcony and it gets at least 6-8 hours of direct morning-midday-ish sunlight. I water every couple of 3 days and the soil I have used is a standard mix for outdoor flowering plants that I have enriched with perlite, pine bark for seriation and organic humus. I have added some potassium rich fertiliser too a couple of times during the last few months - but not since the weather started getting warmer.

What happened to my fruit trees?

Did I happen?

My gardener planted a pot-grown apple and cherry tree (about 2-3years old) in my garden in mid April this year. Imo he had planted them too deep and by mid May I decided to dig them out and replant them at an appropriate height with some of the root flare showing.

Unfortunately, this is in my countryside wee home (9b zone) where I don't permanently stay but try to visit as often as I can. There is an automatic irrigation drip system that was/is watering the plants every 3 days for 30minutes.

When I arrived yesterday I found them in a bad state. They are looking like they will be drying out soon, although the inside of the bark and the stems is bright green 💚

What do you think is happening? And what should I do to try and recover them? Should I prune? Take out the leaves? Water deep? And how often should I set up the irrigation system from now on given that the summer will be hard on them (as with every summer here anyway). Did I cause this by digging them out?

Old paint still flaky after multiple rounds of sanding painted timber door with 80-120grit sander?

Do I need to remove this layer of paint altogether? It's a previously painted wooden kitchen door that leads outside and I'm planning to paint it with a high-gloss BM alkynd paint after priming it. I have been sanding and filling cracks/imperfections but this layer of paint on the inner side of the doors is still very flaky. Do I need to remove this layer in it's entirety before priming/painting?

How to bring them back to life?

I used paint remover to remove layers of paint but the hinges look like they are abit rusty. Is there anything I could use to remove it?

Brown sports after spraying with amino acids/peptides mixture?

I'm not sure if I'm imagining this, but I'd swear that there weren't any brown spots yesterday? All I did was spray the leaves with an amino acid mixture in the evening..could this be possible?

What stair profile nosing profiles are you all using for your outdoor (domestic) steps ?

I have some spiral steps on my outdoor patio that lead to a storage room/basement. I hate stair nosing profiles tbh but I wouldn't want to risk damages with mitred edges (tile is 7.8mm thick), even though foot traffic is very low.

I was considering Schluter Jolly-EB (the stainless steel version) but when I googled it, AI popped up and said it is not recommended for outdoor use. Instead I should opt for profiles with grooved threads etc aka a lot bulkier profiles that I reallllyyy dislike. This isn't the mall, it's my wee patio ffs

What are you all doing with your outdoor stairs?

Is uncoupling membrane AND two-part cementitious waterproof coating overkill when tiling an outdoor concrete slab/patio?

We have a patio that we will pour some concrete over to level it and eventually tile it with 1200x600mm tiles. So far I've only accounted for perimeter expansion joints and controlled movement joints and two layers of cementitious waterproofing over the new concrete slab before tiling.

Should I do an uncoupling membrane as well over the waterproofing to ensure the tiles won't crack? The contractor says it's not needed.

Schluter expansion joint profiles OR Caulk line for filling in outdoor patio floor movement joints?

I'm tiling over a new poured concrete substrate. I will be using a backer rod and a flexible sealant to fill in the concrete movement joints but I'm not sure what i should be doing about the tile joints? I was considering Schluter expansion joint profiles but the available colours are not compatible with my tiles. Is a flexible caulk line (such as MAPESIL AC) the better option here? I'm afraid it will start looking weird overtime due to mold growing etc?

What is going with my gardenia;

I've had it for a year now and since I changed the pot it has been getting worse, I think? A lot of yellow leaves have appeared and the buds, albeit lots, won't flower.

I've always had it in my east facing balcony where it's getting the morning sun. During spring I have been watering once or twice a week. It has been warmer lately but I haven't upped my watering tbh. Drainage is good I think. I have pumice at the bottom of the pot and when I repotted I added some standard acidic soil mix for plants like gardenia, some fertiliser for acid-loving plants and added some liquid iron too when watering for the yellowing of the leaves.

I can't tell if this means it needs watering or not yet?

To me, the soil even on the surface feels moist despite having it watered almost a week ago. I just inserted this stick all the way down and it came out looking like this.

What does this tell you? Is it still holding moisture or should I water it?

Is my gardenia looking off?

I feel like there is something off with my gardenia. Other than those few yellow leaves, the leaves colour is not as vibrant and rich as it was when I bought her and although she has grown, the growth is not as dense as I'd hoped... What could it be?
