I was just approved through midi and I will be micro dosing. Does the compound have b12 in it? I literally can not sleep on B vitamins

I have a uterine ablation scheduled for july 20th. I can't take tirze 7 days prior. Would you pull the trigger or start before? I'm starting at 1mg.

I 40f went to the ER due to a severe Acid reflux attack that was mimicking a heart attack after being on 10 days of augmentin for strep. They said that my ECG results were normal but after leaving and a dr reviewed them they said abnormal? I do have a follow-up with my pcp but he didn't sound concerned. Thank you!

Back to back yeast infections after taking 2 rounds of antibiotics for strep. My dr gave me another round of terconazole cream as I took 4 diflucan and still got a yeast infection

Would you take that or boric acid?

Ahhhh. I've had gerd since I was super stressed about my dad being sick 15 years ago. I've kept it under control for years and 10 days of augmentin for strep sent me over the edge. So of course I did my due diligence and went to the ER for a work up just incase it was a heart attack. All clear there. Symptoms are: chest pain, tightness, out of breath, pain, burning in throat, pain in left arm, neck, and back. FUCK. I'm on 2- 40mg nexium a day plus a 40mg pepcid for good measure. Cut out coffee and booze. Started eating boring shit. Same fiasco I went through when I first got diagnosed at 25. Anymore tips to move things along? Thank you!

I just had a yeast infection from a 10 day round of antibiotics. I have strep again and on a 7 day course of another antibiotic 😭. I'm also just ending my period. The dr gave me 3 diflucan and I still have nystatin. I am also drinking plain kefir and taking vaginal probiotics orally. What else should I do? Take the probiotics vaginally? Continue nystatin as a just in case? I feel like I'm screwed and I go to the beach in June. HELP
