For all the “music is subjective” people I promise you I understand this. I never see this song get brought up at all even in the context of on the Sunday of life. The obvious favorites are nostalgia factory, nine cats, radioactive toy, which are all great but whenever Jupiter island gets mentioned it’s usually not very positively. Is it the best song on the album? Far from it. But it kind of reminds me of that one stupid friend you have that’s kinda charming anyways. Rather than just being completely horrible. Any Jupiter island defenders out there?

I’ve listened to probably 70% of their discography at this point and while I haven’t gone back and listened to much of the 90s stuff besides signify I started checking out their ep’s. Can someone explain to me why normal and sentimental are basically the same song and why sentimental made it onto the album?

I played as Lucas for the first time in forever, as everyone knows he has a funky ass recovery. I tried tethering back to stage and missed and then completely fucked the up b and then said sora player fucking turbo teabagged like he had anything to do with the stock. Man you miserable cunts make this game beyond unfun

I’m not really sure where I’m meant to post this so I figured I’d ask here since it’s the console I use the most. Despite my hatred for cloud on smash bros I’ve been really wanting to try a final fantasy game, more specifically the final fantasy 7 remake. For the same discounted price of 16 dollars I can get skyrim (possibly less with Microsoft points) and I’m not sure which is the better choice. I haven’t played Skyrim since I was a dumbass kid who only wanted the game because it was popular and didn’t have any patience to get very far. Any thoughts?

I’ve re-entered my Ridley phase and have probably played 10 captain falcons in the last two days. I don’t think I’ve played one on a stage that didn’t have hazards and/or moving platforms (my preferred rules are set to random battlefield, mind you). As a character that has shit mobility and struggles to land, facing a character that does nothing but chase you down the whole game is beyond unfun to fight. If you’re reading this and you’re the captain falcon who just lost on the wrecking crew stage you suck dick

I haven’t played ritual of the night for months since I had beaten the main game as Miriam and didn’t know what to do after that. I remembered you could play through as other characters so I started a new save file with zangetsu and it’s really fun but I’m not really sure how you’re meant to access places meant for Miriam’s reverse and other abilities. In order to reach the oriental sorcery lab I had to scale all the way up the long ass wall using his tether grab (I don’t actually know what it’s called but his chain you can use with the right stick) and there surely has to be an easier way?

Of all the posts I’ve seen on here I don’t think I’ve ever seen wario brought up once in a post or comment. Love him, hate him, indifferent?

Does the weight of the character piloting him in real life add on as a bonus? What type of fucking bullshit is this

Weirdly enough her along with Rob and link are the only characters that I have cleared classic mode with 9.9 difficultly but I’m not exactly sure how since I don’t even know what category of character she falls under. What exactly are you supposed to do while using her?

If I remember correctly the latest tier list has him as the fourth best character in the game (which I personally wouldn’t have him above snake or min min) and I’m just curious if game and watch is really that good, or is he just well represented in major tournaments? For the record I don’t know any pro players or follow esports at all so I don’t know much about his skill ceiling outside of online quick play. Is game and watch really worth a top of s tier placement?

I don’t mean to rant on (except I kind of do) but I don’t play much anymore since it’s been a while that we’ve had a cool update so I normally just go on classic 1v1 to get my daily boxes and then get off. Normally you’d think in a mode where there’s no punishment for losing and nothing on the line that the people who play this mode SURELY wouldn’t spam emotes as if they had won the crl world finals but nope. I go on with 2.9 royal hogs and routinely play against mega knights, Valkyrie, bomb tower (the best hog counters in the game) and they will somehow BARELY scrape by a win and then use emotes like the goblin L. It’s more funny than anything that there are real human beings out there who spent real money for an emote made up of pixels that last 2 seconds on a phone screen. But they are certainly out there. If they’re feeling adventurous they’ll even go out of their way to join your clan, share the replay and leave since they don’t have any friends to share it with. Thank you supercell for allowing me the option to not see these emotes especially the ability to do it for free. I’d never thought they’d be able to pull through like that but thanks anyways

There’s absolutely no reason why a 1 elixir spirit card should do as much crown tower damage as a fucking fireball. But no, it’s not gonna get a nerf or a balance change because the card is super mid besides getting chip damage

For whatever reason I decided to try playing pit online who I’ve hardly used at all. I used to love using him in brawl which I understand is way different mechanically and I also never played that game online since I never bothered connecting my Wii to the WiFi. To make a long story short pits moveset is much different now and I guess it’s my fault for not practicing with him beforehand, but ONLY when I’m playing an unfamiliar character do I get matched up against the most brain dead homunculus players. I just went up against a Kirby who just did the same predictable moves over and over and over. It’s pretty obvious the way they played they were either drunk as fuck or were trying out someone new as well. That was the most embarrassing loss of my lifetime across all video games. I can’t believe my dumbass fell for that stupid shit

I like many others play online with preferred rules on since I’d rather not play with items and final smashes on some fuck ass uneven map. My rules are set to three stock, 6 minutes random flat stage. Tell me why I just went up against a sephiroth on one stock that lasted 15 seconds immediately followed by playing a link on that captain falcon moving stage. That doesn’t sound very preferable to me?

I really hate posting on here to just complain about other players and I realize it’s unproductive and not solving anything but then again it’s pretty unproductive to be wasting my time playing this game so here we go: I thought I hated cloud but sephiroth might have overtaken that. I don’t have him unlocked and don’t face him very often so maybe I just don’t understand him as a character or the matchup very well, but it seems like this fucker has no weakness. He can sit in the corner and zone if he wants or can box up close and you’ll just get shit on no matter what move they throw out. I’m assuming the wanting to sit in the corner comes from their real life tendency to sit in the cuck chair, so I guess that’s understandable. I also just generally associate anime style characters with this foul stench so I also recommended all sephiroth players to shower. And since you probably don’t know what that means I’d also recommend the dial antibacterial gold bar 👍
