To maintain a lower %BF after a cut, do I need to be perpetually in a below maintenance diet?
I never had a problem losing weight but I've always struggled not gaining it back eventually.
Surely I'm doing something wrong.
During the cut, my body gets accustomed to a level of calories and the weight loss stops. What should I do next? returning to the prior level doesn't work.
I could also be overestimating the amount of calories I need.
Have you had this problem before? How did you deal with it?
