Hey everyone,
I have a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. I already had a vinyl chrome delete done on all the body trim, and now I’m considering doing the wheels as well.

The wheels are already about 80% black, with only around 20% chrome left, so I’m only looking to black out those remaining chrome accents—not the entire wheel.

A few questions:

1. I’d like a non-permanent solution (vinyl/wrap or something similar), not paint or powder coating.

2. I have a tire/wheel warranty. Would wrapping just the chrome portions of the wheels have any impact on that warranty?

3. For those who’ve done it, how well does it hold up against car washes, brake dust, heat, and daily driving?

4. Since it’s only a small portion of the wheel, what would be a fair price to have it done?

5. Any recommended shops in Austin, TX that do quality wheel chrome deletes?

I stay near the Tech Ridge area and I’m looking to start going to the gym. I’m a complete beginner, so I’m looking for a place that’s beginner-friendly, not too intimidating, and ideally has decent equipment, clean facilities, and maybe trainers or classes to help me get started.

Any recommendations near Tech Ridge / North Austin? Also, if there are gyms I should avoid, please let me know.

I’m starting to explore SDE opportunities and had a question.

Should I include the MBA on my resume, or leave it off for now?

Also, my LinkedIn does not currently list the MBA. If I put it on my resume but not on LinkedIn, could that raise any concerns with recruiters, hiring managers, or background checks?

For those who have been in a similar situation, how did you handle conversations with recruiters? Did you proactively mention the MBA/Day 1 CPT program, or only discuss it if asked about work authorization or education?

Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation or has gone through the hiring process while enrolled in a Day 1 CPT program.

I recently bought a brand-new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige and the finance manager convinced me to roll four add-ons into my loan, claiming that since it's a hybrid, I "must have" the extra protection.

Here is what I have:
Extended Warranty: $4.5k
Lifetime Oil Change Plan: $1k
Tire & Wheel Warranty: $750
GAP Insurance: $700

Since I am the original owner, doesn't Kia’s default factory warranty already cover all the major stuff (10-year hybrid battery/powertrain, 5-year basic)?

I haven’t used or claimed any of these plans yet. What do you all suggest, should I keep any of these, or cancel them to wipe over $7k off my loan principal?

I'm looking for a new pair of shoes and could use some advice. I'm dealing with some heel pain and spend a lot of time on my feet-mostly walking and long periods of standing.
I need something that offers pure comfort and is lightweight, but the most important thing is that my toes aren't crushed. I'm looking at the Wide versions of these two:
• Cloudrunner 3 (Wide)
• Cloudsurfer 2 (Wide)
For those of you who use On shoes for work or being on your feet all day:

1. Long-Term Cushioning: Does the Cloudsurfer 2 hold up for hours of standing, or does the foam compress too much?
2. Heel Support: Which one is better for relieving pressure on the heel when you aren't actually running?
3. The Fit: Does the "Wide" version of either of these provide enough room in the forefoot to keep the toes from feeling cramped after a few hours?
