Has been working flawlessly for so long and now this is happening?
Since the inception of the card I have been using it for PayPal friends and family to send money to someone. It has worked for a long time without issues.
For the past month I keep getting transaction denied. When I ask PayPal about it they just say it’s not their fault as they just process transaction and it is being denied. When I ask Wealthsimple, they say it’s because before it was processed as a purchase and now it’s being processed as a cash advanced.
No one is admitting fault and I really rely on this service. I even had a three way with them on the phone and they both kept saying no not us. If I try the goods and services route it does work but cost more in fees. Even Wise I get the same transaction denied..
Any one have any ideas or other options?
