Why is Reddit removing my post?

I’m trying to make a post using the painting Ulysses and the Sirens by Herbert James Draper. It’s got female nudity in it but tame by today’s standards. Anyway, it keeps getting instantly deleted with the message “this post was removed by reddit’s filters”. I tried reposting it and flagging it as NSFW with no success. What is the actual issue? What is it about the image that’s triggering its removal?
Thanks for any insight into the problem.

Edit: it’s not a karma/reputation problem; I’ve been posting without issue in the same sub for years, including similar nsfw stuff.

Edit 2: Well 12 hours after the fact, it’s up with no explanation. My best guess is some algorithm flagged the post as inappropriate content and was overruled after further review.

Alternate terms for the dominant suit in card games?

I’ve been thinking about this for like 7 minutes and I really think, especially in this political climate, we try to be more inclusive in our gaming nomenclature. Like, I know the term came before the name but it’s really awkward when I’m playing and always have to refer to the “Praise Be To Lucifer, Glory To Hitler, Now Let’s Smother Every Kitten” suit. It just doesn’t roll off the tongue. Any suggestions?
