hat jemand MZ+ und kann uns mehr verraten?

been on reta since february, after stalling on sema for months. lost 48 lbs since (6 mg/week atm). but by god, is this shit moody when it comes to food. it makes me crave mostly rice, veggies, chicken. so i eat a lot of salad with chicken and some kinda chicken bowl with rice. i usually get the feeling of hunger and then get full after 3 bites (i have a gastric sleeve as well). all good. but then a few hours later i get hungry again, eat another 3 bites of the same food, same plate, same everything. and suddenly it feels like i'm about to explode out of both ends. like, the sudden nausea and diarrhea is insane. SAME FOOD THAT I TOLERATED FINE JUST HOURS AGO. and since i can't have anything more than a few bites at a time, i have to eat several times a day. it's a gamble, especially when i'm not home.

i am 34 years of age and still haven't found my foundation match. it took me until last year to accept that i'm a cool olive girly, meaning i am fair fair fair olive with blue/purple/green veins and some red in my face due to rosacea.

now my problem: before i was only ever matched with pink to neutral foundations until i realized that my skin is literally a fair yellow color. ever since i tried (and spent too much money on) 20 different foundations i thought would be a fit, just to either hate the formula (haus labs) or have it pull orange or peach on me. last thing i bought was nars foundation in (edit: SIBERIA). thought it was okay until i looked in a mirror in direct sunlight today. still too orange/dark. can't use neutral either bc even the tiniest bit of pink in a foundation makes me look like a sheet of paper.

so, what is the fairest olive-yellow foundation you know? bonus if it's not super matte but still long lasting. sth like haus labs doesn't last an hour on my skin and too matte (like fenty) makes me look like a flakey prune.
