I need answers

Hi everyone. I’m waiting for my cardiologist to review my echocardiogram and Zio patch. My echo showed normal heart pumping function with a dyssynchronous septum and mild pulmonary regurgitation. I’ve had brief chest pains on and off for years that usually last around 2–5 seconds, don’t spread to my arm or jaw, and can happen at rest or while walking. I also have dizziness and episodes of a fast heart rate, and I’m on 1.25 mg bisoprolol. Has anyone had a similar combination of symptoms with a normal echo? What did your cardiologist end up saying
