Is this dry socket or normal healing?

This was so hard to get a picture of but I can try again if needed. I still have a lot of swelling which kind of worries me.

I had tooth extracted on Tuesday 6/30 at 3pm. This is 2.5 days after extraction. I’m worried that I this is a dry socket that is maybe filled with debris and is why I can’t fully tell. The swelling is still pretty prominent and noticeable where the dentist injected me with numbing. You can see the swollen bubble at the back of the tooth extraction hole on my gum line.

I just woke up from a little bit of throbbing but I wasn’t laying in an upright position, I fell asleep almost entirely laying flat. I did a saltwater rinse and brushed my teeth again and plan to take ibuprofen and go back to sleep elevated. I’m really hoping when I wake up in a few hours I see more signs of healing.

Who was in the right here

A few years ago me and my friend took a yoga class together at a gym and then went to Panera for lunch afterwards. We went to the locker room after the class and I went to the bathroom, washed my hands, maybe freshened up a bit but stayed in my gym clothes. My friend comes out of her stahl and she is an entirely new outfit. I said oh I didn’t realize you were changing! She said yeah I didn’t want to be in my sweaty clothes the rest of the day.

I never once thought to bring a change of clothes after a gym class, or any physical activity honestly, when going somewhere casual after but once she said this it was like a little light bulb went off in my head of like oh yeah that makes sense, maybe I’m kinda gross.

But anytime I think of this encounter I also think it’s gross to change into a new outfit when you yourself are not clean. Like she didn’t take a shower, all she did was change her outfit. In my mind I think I would rather wear my sweaty clothes until I get home and can take them off and get in the shower versus putting clean clothes on my dirty body. But I do also understand her side of not hanging out in sweaty clothes.

So I’m bringing the debate to Reddit. Who is more gross in this situation? Should I change my way of thinking going forward? Do I get weird looks from people if I’m seen in public wearing an outfit that I sweat in?

I would like to add that we are both F. I don’t know if this matters but I feel like someone is going to ask or comment on this but I have never had a UTI. If that is the reason women change, then I think I have just been extraordinarily lucky in that regard. But still open to hear if that’s a reason I should change out of sweaty clothes if I’m the more gross person in this scenario.

Did OE fix extreme procrastination?

Currently I have just J1 and have been there for less than a year but I’ve been in the workforce in this field for ten years. I have a horrible problem where I will have a hard time staying productive and procrastinate my work tasks. I keep telling myself for my next project I’m not going to do this and will stay on top of my work but I’ve never missed a deadline or faced consequences for this so I have a hard time not procrastinating.

I stumbled upon this Reddit community and am starting to think that maybe my issue is that I’m kind of bored and thrive better when I have a lot to do.

When I was in college I was a full time student (18 credits per semester), had a job at a convenience store as my main income, a job on weekends working for the school, unpaid job working for the careers office, and then my senior year switched out the convenience store job for a tax internship. I was thriving in college and had a really good GPA

My hesitation trying OE is that what I’m doing now is real, professional, work so although in college I thrived under pressure, it was all easy.

So I’m writing this for advice is anyone else struggled with procrastination in their adult professional career and was able to thrive and perform well when trying OE?

I am also only considering having a J1 and J2.

[Question] can Snapchat count and activity status change without logging into the app?

Is there any way that a person who is logged out of the Snapchat app, doesn’t even have it downloaded on their phone, could show a green active status and an increasing snapscore?

The excuse of “bots” was used to justify the above which I could maybe agree with the snapscore increasing, but I really don’t understand how that could affect someone’s activity status.
