I did trataka for second time,

i started doing it a day before yesterday and when i did it for first time i felt good and also slept so so so good i was impressed and wanted to take it forward.

So yesterday due to some work i din’t get time so i did it today and when i’m doing it i felt like me body from my hands part is going into the left direction and my head in right not much but little little and my eyes are in the centre.

And this second time i din’t feel strain or tear in my eyes.
I was just doing it.

Idk what went wrong or it’s a part of it.
