So, it's expressly stated by law that NO ONE should be allowed to take these artifacts. The company that was trying to take these artifacts, takes the artifacts anyway. They then try to excuse it as archiving while also actively selling the artifacts. They have wild publicity stunts while simultaneously mistreating artifacts. Then it's again made clear they have no right to be doing any of this and laws are finally put in place such as making the Titanic a Unesco world heritage site, it's put into place that they can only make money off of the artifacts by showcasing them in museums. So what do they do? They declare bankruptcy to get a loophole way to sell the artifacts into private collections never to be seen again.

Oh also they gave a survivor her late mother's jewelry just to yoink it back once she died because "We were only lending it to her 'for life'"

I'm not asking about using the servers, as I know I need to access Pretendo Network in order to do that, but rather, certain games require having a real one, such as Pokemon Bank.

It seems that I can't make a new one, and the only way to get one actually onto my 3DS is to do a system transfer from a 3DS that already has one on there. And I don't want to do that since that'll wipe everything I have on both systems.

Ends up going to the standard 3DS error screen with the message "An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system."

To be more specific, nothing flashes, barring sort of a bit of a black screen between leaving the browser and going to the home menu. I only bring this up because it mentions something with flashing colors on the guide.

So, I'm in the planning stages (figuring out a rough plot outline so far) for writing a Yugioh fanfic. The plot and characters would all be original to this, barring taking ideas from previous writings. Nothing from canon would have taken place, there's no canon characters carried over. If I could get some help figuring out hurdles I'd have to overcome, that'd be great.

Just to cherrypick an example, there is a scene where Charlotte is entirely nude, it's just that she is covered with frosting that works as censorship but still leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination. The only thing remotely on that level in Grey's is the wet dream George has where Meredith, Izzie, and Cristina all get into the shower together, and even then it's not full frontal.

Let's say a trauma surgeon invents a new type of suture and is undergoing clinical trials for it. How would that work? I know at the start it would have to be done on animals, but I'd imagine testing sutures on humans would be more difficult to do in a controlled environment given that sutures are used on wounds which can't be a controlled environment unless they were things like taking a scalpel and making a cut so you could do the suture.

Okay now that I've baited you into clicking this post because you're all a fucking hivemind of vultures, this post is actually about how much I hate this fandom. For starters, let me just get out of the way that I'm 19, so I'm not part of the millennial side of the fanbase, I'm part of the gen z side. This is important because I will be commenting on the ages that the majority of the fanbase falls under. The younger portions of this fanbase (the ones that are under 18) tend to be incredibly sensitive despite what the games are actually about, before immediately hurling slurs as if the mere use of a slur is funny. For example, some of them are upset at SNB3's jokes about shootings, meanwhile the games have multiple jokes about the very same thing, and one of the route endings IS a school shooting. And more on the topic of the fanbase's dislike of SNB3, back during the whole fiasco following the release of the Flip Side, the majority of the things that were being said about him were things we had no way of knowing or were later proven to be untrue. The people who were simultaneously saying that he was basically Jeffrey and wanted to be Nicole later came out and said they were lying about him. The people who said he was a groomer were proven false with doctored screenshots and then admitted it. The people who said he would bully gay people, once again, admitted to lying. That last part in particular was just total bullshit because it so clearly wasn't even his voice. We have zero way of knowing he has a foot fetish, and we can't use the Flip Side as proof because, like the majority of the things about the Flip Side, it's blown out of proportion, and those scenes were there to take the piss out of it, not to somehow glorify it. And on the topic of the majority of the things about the Flip Side being blown out of proportion. People have said that the FYE ending is somehow the worst in the franchise, meanwhile it's actually a perfectly fine route. The humor is darker, but it gives great character moments to Kelly. Also, everyone says the humor is somehow worse, but take away the foot fetish endings and the humor would have been in line with what happened in the previous 2 games. And then people are mad about how Nicole screwed Jecka during one of the foot fetish endings, when that's entirely in character. For example, Nicole is about the same way with Emily as she is with Jecka, and we're shown several examples of her not treating Emily with the utmost respect either. Then she outright says she loves Ari toward the end of the route where they date, and she literally abuses Ari all the time. And it's entirely in character for Nicole to fuck over anyone who fucks her over. So that leaves the only complaint that's not a total lie, being that he made the Jeckole ship non canon. When it was never supposed to be canon to begin with, because even prior to the Flip Side, it was acknowledged that they were only friends. So really it's a bunch of people getting mad that the game isn't about yuri like TikTok lied to them that it supposedly was.

Leah Murphy was not justified in her reasoning, and if it had been Stephanie Edwards who filed the complaint, she wouldn't be justified either. Leah's reasoning was about Arizona leaving her and had nothing to do with actual abuses. Stephanie Edwards' potential reasoning was about Jackson leaving her to go with April, and had nothing to do with actual abuses. If it had been Stephanie Edwards, it would have made more sense, but Leah was just made at her own poor decision making.

This is borrowed from a similar prompt, though it has been posted plenty of times before. Any card that isn't in TCG GOAT gets brought into GOAT format at the time of the last release during the format. The time period is July 2005, pre CRV. The cards will be playable at 3. You cannot change the knowledge of strategies, or the amount of a card's legality (no changing CED to 3 copies, for example.) You can bring OCG exclusive cards however. Probably the biggest mystery in the series is who John Doe from Freddy's Dead actually is. He's set up as the main protagonist of that part, and we're mislead into thinking he was Freddy's kid, but of course, he dies, and so Maggie is revealed to be his daughter. Meanwhile the only character whose ancestry would be in some way important, would probably be Jacob.
