Anyone else getting this small cracking in their driver side bolster? I know my ass was rubbing getting in, but now I’m more cautious.

What would you guys do? Took the car in for service with zero stone chips, washed the car the night before.

I get the car back and have 2 stone chips in the hood and one on the rear door. They admitted to doing the damage as I have and they have pictures before.

This is their repair of the door stone chip and I’m not happy with it.

Im so pissed man, fuck would they be taking the car on the highway and how do I go 12 000km with zero chips and they get a shit tone.

What would you guys do in this situation? Do I chalk it up to shit happens or do I push for compensation?

This is my dream car, just sucks.

Paint chip repair. I sanded with 2500 grit attached to a pencil eraser to knock off the access clear coat on a paint chip repair.

The only thing, after buffing I can see a low spot in the clear I guess I went off the chip area a little. I’m not through the clear in that area and want to get the clear perfectly level without risking going through in that one low spot. I also think I removed all the clear off the actual repair area 🤦

Any advice? Is there a material I can put in the low spot just as a visual like bondo or something so I know I’m not sanding the low spot?

2026 Sonos system. You guys have this popping/cracking from speakers, this can’t be acceptable right? From front speakers. Audi needs to step up and tell the community what’s going on here.

Would you guys be upset after getting these scratches from a wheel alignment from Audi?

Apparently detail guy said cannot be buffed out without ruining low gloss finish?

easy 3M tape installation, put these on after getting my second stone chip at the rear door area.

Hopefully they prevent the stone chips and also in the winter I was noticing my side mirrors were constantly dirty probably from the wider tires at the front kicking up slush.

I know it kills the look quite a bit, but I’m willing to live with that. Looks closest to OEM I could find. Debating whether I put the rear ones on.

What are your thoughts? Is this the 2027?

Got this after a visit to the dealer for an alignment, I’m guessing the tech took a rock while on a test drive, guy was definitely following too closely behind a highway truck. The car has zero window damage with 10 000km, I always keep my distance.

Dealer owned up accidents happen after bringing it to there attention. They had their window guy come in and said it’s too small to repair, but it’s definitely insanely noticeable because the window is so clear everywhere else.

I hade my previous car for 5 years with zero window chips, this chip though small is annoying especially since I take extra care driving and a tech does this on a 10 min test drive. Also got a chip in the paint and damaged front Audi badge from this test drive.

Does this justify a whole window replacement or do I just live with it?

Hit a decent sized pot hole and checked everything with no visible damage. Except car seemed to not drive as smooth

Dealer went over everything and said all is good and did an alignment as front left wheel was out a little and it was the front right that hit. So did nothing really other then an inspection.

Car has 10 000km and has zero cosmetic damage as I always keep my distance on the highway and take caution over gravel and so on.

Now after getting my car back because of their test drive after the alignment I’m leaving with a chip in the windshield, paint chip on passenger rear door from rocks getting slung down the side, a damaged front Audi badge, scratched rims from the alignment rack and a crooked steering wheel?

What a great visit :) paid $600 cdn for all this. What a sweet deal. At least I was able to order the front RS badge that I made sure to install myself.

From help with a few people from this community thanks!!! Here is a video. To remove knee plastic

1. Remove compartment door

2. Use hand through this to push on clip to remove side piece with vent going into door

3. Now you have access to remove the 3 left and one right screw that hold the knee plastic on.

4. Pull the knee plastic off by starting by removing from the tab at door vent side. Once that is released will pull right off evenly

Putting these bad boys in, any tips and tricks for removing the airbag?

Anyone else get this squeaking sound from the driver left carbon fibre piece. Don’t know if it’s the clip that hold the carbon on or deeper rattling from further inside the dash?

Any one have any luck removing the airbag on the new B10 steering wheels? Apparently the foam has to be punctured in the second picture to access the clips for removal.

I’ve heard leaving battery connected so you don’t throw a bunch of codes and can still move steering wheel to the 2 clip positions. I’ve heard of disconnecting so airbag doesn’t go off, but then steering locks.

or do I remove pop airbag out and only pull the negative from the battery when actually disconnecting the airbag connection?

Also does plastic trim around steering column need to be removed for more room to work? Any tips are appreciated as the only tutorial I can find is a YouTube video on the golf R.

I wish the car would automatically jump into manual mode when you press the RS individual button or performance mode. Just like how it jumps into manual mode when you select torque rear.

Anyone notice their auxiliary radiators are taking a beating from stones? Any after market solutions to protect these or is this normal? Car has 8000km and already noticeable dents, lots of highway driving. Yes car is dirty lol, it’s black and dirty the very next day.

Anyone know the weight of these wheels, they look heavier than previous models. However euro price says they are 6 lbs lighter?

Can obdeleven be used or any other options to give this asterisk button more functionality other than the default options? If you could set this button to anything what would you make it?
