How to install waffle board in my French Drain system?
The contractor who installed my French Drain didn’t put in waffle board/ dimple board and I occasionally get some small leaks. I want to semi finish the basement and I’ll need the waffle board to keep it dry. How difficult would it be as a diy project? I have a hammer drill but not a lot of experience with concrete.

Does anyone have experience renting a condo in AC?
I’m thinking about buying a condo and renting it out for weekends in the summer and full time during the off season. Does anyone have experience with this? Not sure if it will cash flow well since Condo fees are high and possible difficulties with renting off-season
